Xmas dinner was amazing. It was all cooked perfectly, the service, staff, the atmosphere, how the tables were decorated were spot on.

It was exactly what a Christmas dinner should be!

Thanks to everyone at the Unicorn, we had a fantastic time. I hope all staff enjoyed their Christmas xx

We visited here after reading great reviews on tripadvisor. The evening set menu is a great deal. Massive portions, lovely staff.

We had two well behaved dogs with us. It's a great dog friendly pub. Staff were really nice and the food was lovely too. We will definately be going back x

Thank you for welcoming all those who attended Harry's funeral yesterday. Your staff were brilliant. Also thank you for the lovely spread you laid on. Well done!

Myself and my family have been going to the Unicorn for years.

All the different occasions that come about, they are always celebrated at the Unicorn,including Christmas which is always a great time.

We are looked upon as friends each time we go and Mary and her staff look after us, we even have our own table in the restaurant!

If you are looking for somewhere to eat, where the food is excellent and the staff are friendly you won't go far wrong with the Unicorn.

Lovely :) great food , awesome building , excellent polite friendly staff . Would definitely eat there again ! Me and my wife thought it was ace .

Loved our visit! We walked with our dog, Saffie and ate in the bar area! We were so welcomed by staff and the Staff clearly love dogs. Saffie got lots of attention and the service was second to none! Friendly place and lovely food! We will be back ! Thanks Again! xx

Just had an amazing late night tea with t'other half. He had lamb shank shepherds pie (yes you heard correctly) a desperate Dan style shepherd pie with a whole lamb shank embodied within! Sounds ragged but the subtly of flavour was divine.!



I - being on a 'diet' - chose rare rump steak with a baked potato and veg. The steak was cooked beautifully- no need to chew - and the veg - OMG the veg! No rubbish bendy wilting khaki effort here! Romanesco, baby carrots and French beans.



The staff were an absolute joy and it's simply the best place in the area.



Desperately needs a refurbishment but the team offer great service, drinks and food with the resources greene king allow.



It is brilliant! Try it!

Great food, super ambiance, excellent service. Mary and her team have made the Unicorn great again. We came with some friends for a meal as we are confident that it is now always consistantly great.

Great food (Not over priced) friendly atmosphere plenty of beer to choose from

Fantastic service by all the staff, couldn't do enough for us, even getting table service and VIP service for our four legged friend. Lovely food. Well priced will definitely be back �
