UTC Blackpool head coach Oliver Geddes is running a seminar at UTC Blackpool on May 19th, as usual everyone is welcome from other gyms and there is no restrictions about wearing your own Club/Team Gi.

Approximately every 5-6 weeks we hold a Strength & Conditioning session on a Saturday for seniors working on all aspects of BJJ/Judo specific exercises.
After the S&C session we did 30 mins of No Gi sparring too, great session.

Quick reminder that the seniors Judo class on Saturday will be our Strength & Conditioning session, first class will be a normal Judo class but the second class is a circuit session.

Updated Timetable and Membership Tariff for New Year, Children's Unlimited Membership is going up to £30 for unlimited classes. For siblings (brothers & sisters) we are keeping memberships to £25 per person.

I’ve trained at UTC for last 3 years, loads of classes on offer, great friendly atmosphere, Scot runs a really chilled open gym everyone from any gym is welcome which makes it a pleasure to turn up and train with a friendly bunch of trained killers! Half the battle is walking through the door but this place makes that first step as easy as a walk in the park, great gym 👍👍👍

I spent 14 years as a Paratrooper in 3 Para. I have known Scot, on and off for about 27 years. The reason I mentioned about the Paras is this - Scot has pretty much the same mentality about training hard as we do as Elite Forces.



I would recommend for anybody to attend this fitness centre, regardless of what level you are, as Scot will push you beyond what you believe are your limits.

I never put a review to start with I’m sorry that this has shown up. Just to be clear for anyone reading this I have never been or stepped foot or even been anywhere near this company and for it to show up with a review is wrong I’m sorry if a previous review effected anyone using your services

I initially started training to get fit for a "Tough Guy" event and I used to workout 3-5 times a week for 1-2hours doing Bodycombat/pump at the local gym but I wasn't getting the definition and tone I wanted. After just 3 months of Strength and Conditioning classes I saw my abs lol! Now 6 months later my legs back and arms are more toned and I feel fit.. I cannot recommend these classes enough - along with Scot who I also have pt sessions with. He gets me motivated when I dont feel like working out, is very professional and most of all makes it fun. He is dedicated to his profession and extremely passionate about helping people get fit and I find this inspiring. I'm so glad I found Unique Training Centre :-)

Have something for everyone and every coach is awesome very friendly place!

Go to this gym for losing getting stronger instructors very nice and friendly totally worth it
