Last night we launched our Get Fit with Velocity class and it went down a storm... So, we're excited to say that it will be back every Monday at 6pm! Classes cost just £5 each week. Would happily give this place 6 stars out out 5. The staff are so friendly and my 3 year old child hasn't stopped talking about Chloe and Lucy after todays visit who whilst working also took the time to play with him

Went today with our twin girls who are 11.. We travelled from Warrington and were just hoping that they would enjoy theirselves.. Well... It was fantastic they said.. (And believe me when I say they have been to a lot of play activities)... The staff were very well trained and couldn't do enough to help and inform us.. It was clean and well manned.. A big thank you to you all... Will definitely be returning soon... Maybe to try the click and climb wall activity part that looks fantastic too... They will sleep well tonight... Lol �

We had a joint 4th birthday party today for 35 children. Morgan & Mel we’re our party hosts and we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was very well organised, food brilliant and the party hosts worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly and were there for the whole party. Thank you so much! �

We booked my step daughters party here on Wednesday and I would like to say a big thank you, the team was amazing and they handled everything from the moment we got in, throughout the party to the very end, Emma was especially great as she was amazing with th kids, well worth the money, thank you again!

We booked a party for my football teams end of season party and the boys absolutely loved it. Lisa was our party host and she was great from start to finish even joining the boys in a game of dodgeball. There was plenty of food which was really tasty and Lisa had no issue getting extra food when we asked for it.

This was my partner and my three children’s first time we would like to say how outstanding the staff were a few members of staff did shine to me as they went above and beyond to help my children they are a really good friendly bunch of staff we travelled from liverpool we would like to say a big thanks to Chloe and the manager Lisa and the two boys in the climbing area who were very helpful thanks for a lovely afternoon out we will look forward to are next trip here �

Thank you to Megan who was my little girls party host. She was fab from start to finish, all the kids loved her and she kept them all entertained. Great party and there was lots of food which was very tasty. My little girl has had a brill party today I will definitely recommend. Xxx

Such a warm and smiley welcome from Lisa on reception, loved the facilities and had a great time on the trampolines and playing dodgeball!! Would highly recommend to everyone and we will definitely be returning soon �

My daughter had her 10th birthday party at Velocity on Sunday and had a great time. Excellent customer service. I was able to make changes to the party with ease, even on the day. Our party host, Mel, was brilliant. She ensured that all the children were having a good time and paid particular attention to the younger children, who loved her. The venue was clean, there was plenty of food and drink which the kids enjoyed. It was all very well organised and Mel made sure that everything ran smoothly. All the children had a fantastic time and my daughter was beaming throughout - she loved it. I will definitely be recommending Velocity parties to others. Thank you �.

We used both the soft play and the trampolines and it was great. At times it got quite busy but there was always plenty of room for everyone. We'll definitely be back for toddler time. Thank you x

Just been to both the clip n climb and the bounce park at velocity. Sam, Aaron, Amber and Marcus helped in the climbing bit and they were excellent, really helpful and encouraging all the kids to take part . Such professional and friendly staff . In particular Sam, absolute credit to the company . Thank you �

It was my first time here today with my partner and two children and I would like to say a big thank you for the help the staff gave us to get us settled in they were very polite and were happy to help. My children had a fantastic time on the trampolining and when it came to the climbing my little girl was very nervous and very scared but I would like to thank the young lady Chloe who works there that helped my daughter accomplish her fear of heights and she had an amazing time in there. I would also like to say it was a first time that I seen a manager get stuck in with her staff as it was so busy the staff are all amazing in there and were all happy to help

Fab place to visit with my 12 year old son and 9 year old nephew. Lisa who checked us in was lovely and I'm really glad to find out that they do an autism friendly session once a month which I can bring my youngest Ollie too. They loved the trampolines, so much space and lots of to do .. not just bounce! They also did the clip and climb which is great. The 2 lads on there Sam and Matty were great. Very friendly and helpful. My nephew was really nervous and Sam had so much patience with him and helped him climb to the top a few times. Both the boys have had a great time and we will 100% be coming again. X

Cannot rate this place enough !! From the minute we realised we had gone to the wrong place to finally getting to Lisa’s place , one guy who needs a medal called ( joe) who stood above the rest , really looked after my youngest who struggles to be around others , it’s hard to write a report and put into words what exactly you want to say !!! Speechless, we came from north wales � too try this place , and I would and will be doing this on a regular basis absolutely the BEST !!!!! Highly recommended ���

Booked my sons birthday party here with Nicola. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Great communication, easy to talk to, allowed me to make amendments to the party to suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Turned up on the day and all staff could not do enough for us. Venue was clean, room was ready when we turned up and they were expecting us as they used my sons name before I even checked in. Assigned party host Emma. Not only did she run it smoothly (hard task with 13 x excited 9-year-old boys) but She was very comfortable around them and interacted with all the children, played games with them and joined in the party activities. Any unexpected events (food preferences, missing guests then extra guests and siblings etc) she took in her stride and without making it an issue. We had constant juice, plenty of food (with very hungry boys) and not one child bored or sitting down throughout the almost 3 hour party. She was also joined by Megan, who was also fantastic. They did all the hard work and even cleaned up. Could not praise them all enough, will definitely be encouraging my sons to have more events here. I was filled with confidence that they had it handled and it was the first time I have had a relaxing party experience as the host. Enjoyed by all and fantastic experience. Thank you
