We had an AMAZING TIME!!!! Got in earlier as it was not busy and it's summer holidays. Me and the kids had a ball. The only thing I will say it you get VERY HOT but that is to be expected with all the bouncing!!! Staff very helpful and friendly, good interaction with kids. Will be coming back.

We Come here yesterday to the toddler session for the first time my 19 month old little boy absolutely loved it and so did I. Brilliant for little ones with loads of energy to burn he was all bounced out. Staff very friendly and helpful we will definitely be returning.

Just had our 6yr olds party and can’t recommend it enough �� kids had a great time. Also very friendly staff and great party food ��

I’m so impressed with your staff today . My little girl was really scared and was refusing to even get in the ball pool. A young lad (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name ) came over playing and had her in fits of laughter . He spent the whole time making her laugh playing peekaboo . Thank you for making baby Margaret so happy . We had a brilliant morning

Hired the whole place out for my daughters cheerleading squad. The whole experience was fantastic, staff brilliant from start to finish and 90 very happy cheerleaders after 2 hours of fun. Can’t recommend velocity enough.

Great place lots of fun to be had by all ages. We stayed for 2hours and that was certainly enough time, kids (9,3,2) were all worn out afterwards! Lots of staff around to help!

Great place for children to burn off some excess energy and for adults to enjoy a Latte and a fantastic bacon sandwich. Excellent, friendly staff. Children are supervised on apparatus. The food is really good. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place loved how we could join in with the kids they absolutely loved it an can't wait to return, would also like to say a massive thank you to one of the team member's i got his name but can't remember (the ginger lad) my son had a injury to his toe over a week ago an was virtually healed anyhow a older child jumped on it by accident an it started bleeding again, the first aid he gave my son was spot on nothing was to much from reassuring him to giving him massive high fives for being brave an again on the way out ��

Absolutely loved it. As a novelty it’s great, but you do find you have done it all after an hour. Staff where brilliant, very friendly, informative, got involved, had a laugh with us. Place is kept immaculately tidy, and safety if given high priority. Equipment was constantly being monitored and and sign of a wet patch, be it sweat, wee, slobber the staff had it wiped dry. We did go during the day so it wasn’t very busy, but nice to see they cater for younger children as well as the big kids. Yes adults am talking about you!!

my son who has special needs loved it today,the only thing i would suggest to improve is maybe put some booster steps to the steps going up the big slide as some of the littler kids and my son who has weaker muscle tone found it difficult to pull himself up onto them,other than that he really enjoyed it.

Went for the 1st time ever yesterday. 2hrs play with 2, 7yr olds. They had a ball and only came back twice the whole sessions. Both cannot wait to go back.

My only negative feedback would be your prices at the cafe. before we even set foot in the play area, I had spent £36 at the till. The mark up prices on food and drink are ridiculous.

Had a great time at my son's 8th birthday party here yesterday, I'd go to say this is the best children's party him and his friends have had although they do need to be monitored abit more by staff on there we had one injured and had to go to the emergency dentist after knocking his teeth out wasn't the staffs fault due to rough play but as the parents can't see them we're can't tell them to calm down overall great day and said boy is fine just missing some teeth

I arrived here just after 1.30 for the 2 o clock session with my wife and 18 month old son.we checked in very quickly then walked to the lockers,unfortunately there isn't a lot of lockers to begin with,with many of them broken,the rest of them occupied,I was left carrying 3 pairs of shoes and 3 coats.2 o clock came and my wife & son got on the inflatables,finally,10 mins into our session the staff cleaned a table and I left our stuff under it.our next problem was the under 4 area which had quite a few young children inside was consistently being invaded by older kids and even grown men chasing them playing 'tag' or throwing balls (grow up!) The toddler area should really have a member of staff to supervise it as there's a serious accident waiting to happen.all in all the 3 of us did enjoy it and maybe we will return in the future,just hopefully the problems will be rectified by then

Fantastic idea and kids loved it however from a safety point of view more staff are needed in the different areas and there should maybe be adult only and family sessions as groups of adults in with children and families with young children was not a good combination. Also no clear control of people entering the inflatable at the right time and only a tannoy telling people to get off. Also more working lockers needed for when parents are there on there own or the whole family is going on.

Went yesterday to the new inflatable park. Found the place to be chaotic, too many people for the venue and staff running round with no clue. Sat upstairs in the cafe area to be asked to leave the upstairs as it had been hired out for a private party.... no where to sit and no lockers to put your things. Really disappointed with it considering we payed £17 each for 2 hours. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Hi would just like to let you know how dissatisfied I was after my visit today. First of all I was told I would need to pay to accompany my 2 year old on the inflatable- which is a absolute joke and a money making trick. After finding something in my confirmation email that says adults don’t need to pay the manager kindly refunded my £10 but god knows how many other adults have needed to pay to make sure the toddler is safe.

Then I waited over 20 minutes in the queue for a drink to watch the staff make the coffees for the management first. Then the coke machine wasn’t set up ready , neither was the coffee machine so staff were running around like mad headless chickens trying to sort it. Surly this all should be sorted and checked before opening? When I finally got my coffee it was “warm” but by this time I wasn’t queuing up again for another 20+ mins.

Overall was a terrible experience- over priced, poorly organised and run so I won’t be returning

Arrived during half term. Seen to swiftly . Kids went on trampolines straight away. Noticed loads of people not in velocity socks or even just in their own so not sure how that works. We went upstairs to the cafe for lunch.....what a total farce. Half of our food arrived then after asking several times my daughter's meal arrived 20 minutes later then after more and yet more asking about another 20 minutes later our chips arrived to go with the food that had long been eaten or was cold. The pizza was the worst I have ever had and the cutlery was dirty. There was other people who were waiting before us for food who were asking for refunds. The system needs changing......ordering and carrying food from downstairs obviously does not work. Plus considering price would of expected better service. Unfortunately I will not be returning.
