We hope everyone is enjoying the weather and with the sun set to stay, here are a few tips on keeping your pets happy and healthy:
- Make sure they keep hydrated with access to fresh water. - Never leave them in a car even with the windows open slightly. - Walk dogs during the cooler hours of the day such as early morning or late evening - However, it's still worth to check the floor is still not too hot. You can check this by feeling the floor with the back of your hand - if... it's too hot for you, it's too hot for them! - And finally, ensure your small furries are kept well shaded and cool.

Very friendly and helpful team, they have always been very accommodating when it comes to appointments. Definitely wouldnŌĆÖt go anywhere else the vets and nurses always do a very thorough check and you are always explained everything to fully. The Receptionists are very warm and welcoming when you arrive and always helpful with any enquiries. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Always manage to get an appointment when needed and they have even gone the extra mile of squeezing in an emergency appointment once. Debbie has been amazing through all appointments and procedures! We wouldnŌĆÖt go anywhere else. Thank you

Thanks so much to Andy and the team for looking after our gorgeous George after his operation. The follow up care has been exceptional and I can't recommend them highly enough for taking care of him. Especially thanks to Andy, for his care and patience with him, he now has a new friend and he enjoys his visits to see him ( for the treats too!!) ’┐Į

My dog Neville loves coming here always runs in to see all the staff for a fuss and cuddles. All the staff are always friendly and helpful and will answers any questions we have. Neville very recently stayed for the day and even though he did have an Op he enjoyed all the care he got I could not have left him in safer hands, he was even super excited to come back a few days later. Thank you to all the staff who cared for him from me and Neville x

Got an appointment very quickly. We were seen as soon as we came in, despite being 10 minutes early. All the staff were lovely and friendly. The vet diagnosed the problem very quickly and did a thorough check of the problem area. She explained all the options and the likelihood of the problem recurring. The price was very affordable. Couldn't be happier with my experience, you've made a nervous owner very at ease and happy with the outcome ’┐Į

The 999 discount is refreshing as well, it goes to prove that these guys genuinely want to help the community that helps them.

Amazing! After having an awful experience with a different veterinary practice, I was extremely nervous about my having my rabbit castrated. But all the staff, receptionist included, were amazing and made me feel at ease with the entire procedure! Now my little bunny is hopping around happily after only a few hours of having surgery! Could not recommend enough! Thank you all so much :)

It was nice to see that the Reception team had put their game of Uno away on my second visit today. Most staff do seem lovely, however the vet I saw asked why I had adopted my puppy from Romania instead of the UK. I would expect a professional to be understanding of the fact that all rescue dogs deserve a chance of a happy home, whether they are adopted from here or abroad. I know that Flori won't be the only Romanian rescue dog passing through this surgery and I don't feel like my decision should be questioned when the motivation for anyone rescuing any animal from poor conditions is nearly always the same.

They only want your money. Animals arenŌĆÖt their priority

Terrible service, complete Timewasters, canŌĆÖt say I recommend, happy to make you wait 15/20 minutes when your on time but if your slightly late ŌĆśoh youŌĆÖve missed your appointmentŌĆÖ not to mention the stress it puts my dog through as she doesnŌĆÖt like going to the vets as it is so going to have to put her through it again next week ’┐Į

Pisstakers!! Would advise you don't take your pets to any branch!! They care more about their money than they do your animals!! Thank God I wasn't seen today because I've just saved myself over 40 quid by going to a different vets!!
