We went here after being recommended by a friend & def didnt disappoint xx We arrived at 12 wanting to order brunch but the waitress advised us that it actually ended at 12 however it is advertised on their website 10 - 1. Once I had pointed that out to the waitress she was very accomodating & said us ordering from the brunch menu wouldnt be a problem. All the staff were excellent & as was the food we will def be visiting again & will highly recommend to family & friends xx

The most perfect steak, possibly the best I have ever had. Thank you ��

The food was gorgeous the staff are brilliant until the end the night when we were leaving and the two Dorman start talking about you lads now home language Which felt a bit intimidated

Thanks for a great night! The food was amazing and service was even better! I definitely recommend the lamb cutlets and black cod! See you again soon.

Roast dinner was beautiful, lots of veg & perfect roast potatoes

Mother had fish & chips she's a small eater but devoured it all

And cocktails... �� Absolutely divine,

was Absolutely divine was worth the 45 minute drive from Liverpool

Will be back again �

Our party travelled from North Wales, Burnley and Mottram and well worth it too.

Wonderful place, really good atmosphere.

Food was stunning and presentation sensational.

Service fairly attentive, but did have to chase up a couple of things.

A recommendation from a local & we weren’t disappointed, a lovely intimate venue, the receptionist was very friendly & recommended a few dishes, we weren’t rushed & the sushi rolls were amazing. The popcorn chicken & the salt & pepper duck. Also the guitar player was a lovely touch & very good. 🙋🏻

Treated my friend to afternoon tea ahead on Monday of her wedding day this weekend. Not that you expect to be filled when enjoying afternoon tea, but at £20 a head (not including any teas etc) I did expect it to be a lot more indulgent and for there to be a wider selection on offer. As much as we enjoyed the experience it was just very very expensive for what we received.

What has happened to the menu?!?!?!? The sushi is now unrecognisable and served with large lumps of ginger. Very disappointing, and suicidal considering Hale has a new Sushi restaurant as competition. Favourite restaurant is now at the bottom of the list.

We dined here last night and were greeted with a ‘new’ style menu. To say we were all disappointed was an under statement.

We are a family of 6 ( 4 children ) and we really struggled with the menu.

We spent the best part of £200, the food was distinctly average and the children, who ordinarily rave about this restaurant, wished we had gone to Pizza Express!!!!



We won’t be returning anytime soon.

Unfortunately the food just was not on par to what it has been in the passed .my husband had lobster and half was warm and the other half was cold. I had beef wellington and the beef was slightly over done and hard to cut & didn't taste as good as it could be done. We did eat it all as we were hungry and didn't want to be bothered complaining. All The staff were very polite . But I don't feel we will be back for a long time now.
