My new husband and I have just recently returned from a trip to Stratford and the cotswolds for our honeymoon. We booked with National Holidays and Vision Coaches filled in.

What an experience! We enjoyed every minute of the whole thing.

Having never travelled on a coach trip before we were unsure what to expect but it has exceeded our expectations and more besides.

We were picked up from Preston bus station, a little later than advertised but that was due to traffic I believe so through no fault of the drivers at all.

Our cases were loaded and unloaded onto the coach with respect which I really appreciated. I hate to seen my luggage be thrown about.

Once on board our lovely driver Ged chatted to us through the tannoy and gave us information about what to expect and that we had other stops to make beforehand (again never been before so was nice to have been informed instead of just getting on with it)

Throughout the whole trip he was funny and gave us some interesting facts about the places we were due to visit. If you had any questions about any aspect he was more than happy to oblige.

There was a toilet on board but as so many coach toilets do it became out of order, this however was not a problem, Ged made frequent stops if we were travelling quite far, and we stopped for a realistic amount of time. If you did need to use the facilities (as one lady did I noticed) he stopped so she could use it, even though nobody else needed to. This deserves a pat on the back in my book because it showed compassion and decency.

The coach itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. Definitely the way to travel long distances. I felt were were by far the best coach party at our location and everybody had lots of respect for Ged and his job and made sure that we were all where we needed to be when requested. I believe we managed to get away from the hotel before any other coaches which meant we had a more leisurely time at our last stop before heading home.

This won't be the last coach trip my husband and I go on, we are already planning our next one. If at some point on our next jolly jaunt a vision coach pulls up we will both do a little jump for joy �. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon a memorable and enjoyable experience!
