Wow wow wow what an amazing shop with such fabulous customer service.

This Aladdin's cave of gorgeous vintage loveliness, is my new fav shop ever!

Myself and my nieces visited the shop late on Saturday afternoon, in the hope of sourcing some petticoats to go under their Audrey Hepburn style bridesmaid dresses.

The ladies working immediately came to our aid and gave my sister exactly what we'd had in mind to try on. The ladies were very helpful, giving their expert opinion and advice on the difference in styling & how to adjust the petticoats. After trying black petticoats (to match the dress) we also played with a splash of colour too which looked ever better! Unfortunately the colours weren't quite the match we needed for our wedding theme (Somewhere Over The Rainbow) but the ladies did offer us advice on the brands and lengths we would need if we sourced elsewhere. I'm also hoping they post a pic of the rainbow petticoat that may be adorning the rack soon! I'd kill to have one under my wedding dress!!

After an unrushed trying on session in the beautifully decorated changing room (loving the tribute wall to the sexy sirens) we decided to purchase the black petticoats for all three of my adult bridesmaids. The ladies were so welcoming to my to little nieces, chatting to them whilst mummy played dress up - even sharing a few sweets! I also fell in love with the Wizard of Oz Book Clutch Bag and the stunning brown tweed heels with fabric flowers!

We left the shop with the perfect finishing touch to their wedding outfits, in a buzz of advice and customer service & with an increased love in all things vintage.

As a size 22 'curvy girl' I normally find clothes shopping my worst nightmare. I can safely say "Not any more"!!

Thank you ladies for helping my bridesmaids feel more fabulous and girly and for making me a very VERY happy Bride-To-Be.

Just received my order bought via web, and was so pleased at how beautifully packed and quickly shipped everything was. Initially, I was a bit skeptical of the store's sizing system, but once I figured out which two size names are best for me based on measurements, it actually resulted in everything fitting perfectly, regardless of brand, because the shop has put in the effort to standardise the sizing of each style (as opposed to wearing 12 in one brand, 10 in another, 14 in another...). It was a pleasure to buy from you, and I look forward to shopping with you again. Thanks!

I went in today looking for a wedding outfit for my sister in laws wedding being in 2 days time. The lady was so kind to help me look for dresses and try them on. Telling me what looked best and not as good. I don't wear dresses at all and after trying on the dress i could of just worn it all day. Going back for my wedding shoes in the morning. I am so pleased to find somewhere with excellent customer service and somewhere to feel relaxed

I was invited to a Royal garden party and was so unsure what to wear. I tried a few dresses but felt drab and dreary and they definitely didn't flatter me. My friend then posted on Facebook she had been to voluptuous vintage. I'd never heard of it so asked her about it. I went over one afternoon and was quite nervous as didn't know what to expect and have no real idea how to make my body shape look good. I walked in and was confronted with lots of pretty dresses. I still didn't really know what I was looking for. The lady who was working was so helpful she gave me a selection to try on and explained the sort of thing I was looking for. I tried my first one on and felt ok but it didn't seem quite right. The next one was wonderful and I loved it instantly. I tried a few more and they were lovely too. The feedback was honest but polite from the lady working. I attended my garden party two days ago and can't wait to wear my dress again. I had so many compliments on the day and I'm still receiving them now from my photos on Facebook. I can't wait to go back again and buy some more.

I was delighted to track down a beautiful 50's style blush pink swing coat with faux fur leopard collar that I had seen on tv and magazines, but all sold out, and after months of searching, found online in VV. The service by the VV dolls online was impeccable. I bombarded them with questions to check it was the same coat ( as couldn't believe my luck) and all were patiently and most helpfully answered. Result, I purchased the coat and it arrived a few days later, boxed and beautifully packaged in tissue paper and sealed with a fab VV sticker. My invoice/ delivery note, in a envelope with VV sticker on too and a complimentary chiffon scarf.. Professionalism with added love and care. I live in Kent, but will have to make a day trip planned around visiting this exquisite Voluptuous Vintage little gem. Online purchasing till then, but adore this place xx

I popped into this beautiful little shop today in the hope of finding a dress for my photoshoot this weekend. I was greeted by two lovely ladies who chose some gorgeous dresses from the rail's for me to try on in their dressing room. I walked away as a very happy customer with a stunning dress wrapped carefully and tied with a pretty ribbon. Absolutely recommend this shop 100% and I'd like to say thank you to the two lovely ladies who served me. Xx

I popped into the shop first thing this morning looking for a wedding guest dress and came out with a stunning one! Excellent customer service, attentive to your every need. Thank you, I can't wait for my next visit!!!!

Unfortunately after purchasing from this company a number of times, I have just had an extremely rude email where the person in question had not bothered to check the date I had received my order (2 weeks past my order date) due to errors and poor customer service from them, they also then had the cheek to say that I had returned the items in unsaleable condition, in which case they were sent to me as such. Their customer service sadly leaves so much to be desired especially from a long distance customer who cannot try things on in store. I will now be speaking to my credit card company.

They have beautiful clothes but I wouldn’t take the risk again

Initially, I was a bit skeptical of the store's sizing system, but once I figured out which two size names are best for me based on measurements, it actually resulted in everything fitting perfectly, regardless of brand, because the shop has put in the effort to standardise the sizing of each style (as opposed to wearing 12 in one brand, 10 in another, 14 in another...). I went in today looking for a wedding outfit for my sister in laws wedding being in 2 days time. The lady was so kind to help me look for dresses and try them on. Telling me what looked best and not as good. I don't wear dresses at all and after trying on the dress i could of just worn it all day. Going back for my wedding shoes in the morning. I am so pleased to find somewhere with excellent customer service and somewhere to feel relaxed

I was invited to a Royal garden party and was so unsure what to wear. I tried a few dresses but felt drab and dreary and they definitely didn't flatter me. My friend then posted on Facebook she had been to voluptuous vintage. I'd never heard of it so asked her about it. I went over one afternoon and was quite nervous as didn't know what to expect and have no real idea how to make my body shape look good. I walked in and was confronted with lots of pretty dresses. I still didn't really know what I was looking for. The lady who was working was so helpful she gave me a selection to try on and explained the sort of thing I was looking for. I tried my first one on and felt ok but it didn't seem quite right. The next one was wonderful and I loved it instantly. I tried a few more and they were lovely too. The feedback was honest but polite from the lady working. I attended my garden party two days ago and can't wait to wear my dress again. I had so many compliments on the day and I'm still receiving them now from my photos on Facebook. I can't wait to go back again and buy some more.

I was delighted to track down a beautiful 50's style blush pink swing coat with faux fur leopard collar that I had seen on tv and magazines, but all sold out, and after months of searching, found online in VV. The service by the VV dolls online was impeccable. I bombarded them with questions to check it was the same coat ( as couldn't believe my luck) and all were patiently and most helpfully answered. Result, I purchased the coat and it arrived a few days later, boxed and beautifully packaged in tissue paper and sealed with a fab VV sticker. My invoice/ delivery note, in a envelope with VV sticker on too and a complimentary chiffon scarf.. Professionalism with added love and care. I live in Kent, but will have to make a day trip planned around visiting this exquisite Voluptuous Vintage little gem. Online purchasing till then, but adore this place xx

I popped into this beautiful little shop today in the hope of finding a dress for my photoshoot this weekend. I was greeted by two lovely ladies who chose some gorgeous dresses from the rail's for me to try on in their dressing room. I walked away as a very happy customer with a stunning dress wrapped carefully and tied with a pretty ribbon. Absolutely recommend this shop 100% and I'd like to say thank you to the two lovely ladies who served me. Xx

Unfortunately after purchasing from this company a number of times, I have just had an extremely rude email where the person in question had not bothered to check the date I had received my order (2 weeks past my order date) due to errors and poor customer service from them, they also then had the cheek to say that I had returned the items in unsaleable condition, in which case they were sent to me as such. Their customer service sadly leaves so much to be desired especially from a long distance customer who cannot try things on in store. I will now be speaking to my credit card company.

They have beautiful clothes but I wouldn’t take the risk again
