The abundance of tasty local food and beautiful handmade crafts will be at WLPM this Saturday, 10am to 1pm in St Mary’s Church. Wallingford Local Producers Market is the friendly and independent alternative to supermarket shopping!
Come along for delicious cheeses from local dairies including Norton & Yarrow, Nettlebed Creamery and Village Maid; eggs, bread, preserves, honey, beer and wine on The General Stall (run by the Treehouse Trust); early spring organic vegetables in...cluding salads and asparagus (hopefully!) from The Clays at Warborough; curries from The Oxford DelHi; and gorgeous cakes and traybakes made by Ericka from Sweet Fancies. Debbie and Rosemary will be selling vegetable plants (broad beans and tomatoes), and scented leaf geraniums.
Welcome back Deborah Balchin who makes nostalgic cards and has a new range of British Flowers. Also bringing their hand made crafts are: Maggie Wheeller with her jewellery and pottery raising funds for Bloodwise; Terry and Diana with Wool and Wood; Betty Dormer with non-woollen children’s clothes, Sue Avery’s Gorgeous Glass, Clare Hilton’s candles and Lucienne de Mauny’s ceramics.
Buy local and keep South Oxfordshire businesses and community enterprises thriving.

Celebrate delicious English food with Erika Bennett's Sweet Fancies! On Saturday she will have a very English stall at the Wallingford Local Producers Market 11am - 3pm in Wallingford town centre.
“I'll be bringing Victoria Sponge, carrot and walnut cake, sticky toffee pudding tray bake, festive cupcakes, rhubarb and apple crumbles and more! My brownies will also still be available.
"Savoury wise, I'll have an assortment of mini-English quiches plus a new deep quiche recipe..., frittata and an English apple and walnut salad accompaniment.
"I'll also have plain and cheese scones for the day, some with clotted cream and jam available to take away. I will have a big jar of homemade lemonade too for when we get thirsty!“ https://www.facebook.com/SweetFancies.UK/
