Myself and my newly wed husband recently visited Audi Warrington as we got a phone call about an event that was on, when we arrived Audi were very busy but Ian was passing reception and took time out of what looked liked a very busy day to help us. Ian was very helpful and welcoming and helped us to decide on which car was best for us as we were struggling to pick one out of two we really liked and explained everything we needed to know from trading our old car on to buying our lovely Audi A5 which my husband loves. I genuinely didn't think we would have bought a new car as we had just got married, but Ian Morton who helped us was very easy to talk to and his customer service was excellent it made our decision even more easy. Me and my partner came in looking for an Audi A3 S line, we were handed the keys and we were left to browse the car at our own leisure. Absolutely loved it , no mither , no pushy sales pitch. On our way back to hand the keys we spotted the one ! A shiny red Audi A3 S line which caught our eyes ! We asked to have a look at it , and fell in love with it ! We have been back today to test drive and put our deposit on the car ! Fantastic customer service by all the staff, especially Tyrone who left us to make our minds up , very positive member of staff who doesn't OVER do it! Got my 3rd car from Warrington Audi on thursday. Dave Willons has looked after us for the last two cars and I can't fault him. He always looks after us and always goes that extra mile. From start to finish I had a great experience at Audi of Warrington. I was greeted immediately yet given enough time to survey my surroundings without that “hard push” you get at some dealerships. Charlie Vail took the time to explain all the options/differences between the models I was looking at with great care. When I changed my mind (multiple times) he took it in stride with a “you need to be happy” attitude. Mind finally made up, I was done in record time. I have been to other dealerships where it took hours to get through the finance portion! At the end, Charlie met me outside and went over all the bells and whistles, leaving me feeling like a child at Christmas! He offered to touch base with me the following week, let’s face it buying a new vehicle can be overwhelming, just incase I might have a question or two about all the extras. Job well done Audi of Warrington and Charlie Vail!! I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them hands down!!

First time I have visited Audi Warrington struggled to find it though, but once in there I felt good. Met Richard Robinson for the first time, what a pleasant gentleman we went through my requirements soup to nuts never really went there to actually buy an RS3 however 1 hour later the deal was done and dusted cracking deal that's why I signed there and then.

Picking it up in 5 days is fantastic can't wait thanks Richard and the team I will definitely be buying another one in 12 months Oh the coffee and biscuits were lovely

“We don’t do diagnostic work on a Friday”. What a complete and utter joke. My first new Audi and all I can say is that I’ve ever had this problem with BMW.



It’s your product, it’s faulty and it’s under warranty - you should be sorting it my convenience. It’s like trying to get an appointment with a GP !!

Went to look at the new s5 coupe on Saturday following my request via the Audi website. I got a callback from a sales rep and told him I'd go in over the weekend. We got there at 2.30pm had a look round then approached the desk to explain why We were there. I was told someone would be with me in a couple of minutes. 15 minutes went by. I asked again and and was told they'll be with you in a couple of minutes. There were customers everywhere. People sitting in the waiting area. No organisation whatsoever. It was an absolute shambles. I approached the desk to tell them I wasn't waiting any longer. I asked for a call back. Not heard anything. I asked for brochures-they didn't have any. Here's the thing-if you're going to display the cars in the showroom for selling-ask Audi to send some brochures with the car!! I used to deal with Jon Davies. Since he has left the place has gone to the dogs. I'll be going to Halliwell jones next weekend to look at BMWs!!

Very poor service, I will try to avoid using them In the future, clearly not interested in telling customers when their car is ready. I had to go in and ask what was going on, following a day not hearing anything and then them not returning my call. Only to be told, 'it was ready yesterday, did no one call'.

Terrible experience.

I went to collect my new car, I was sat down and asked to make payment, so I payed with my debit card.

Then I waited 3 hours, and was then told the car wouldn't be available for collection until the next day.

There was that many issues I don't have the patience to list them all.

But I will NEVER buy an Audi again.

Disgraceful service.

Recently purchased an used Audi Q5 from this dealership and while I have no issues with the vehicle the dealership is less than impressive. I had the money to buy the vehicle outright but was persuaded to take a PCP deal as they were offering a free service deal which they would not consider for cash. The salesperson advised that I could take the PCP deal then pay off the outstanding amount without incurring any interest (a deal other car dealership offer i.e. Ford). I was reassured on numerous occasions that there would be no interest occurred so I bought the vehicle. So I came to pay off the vehicle after 1 month to find there WAS interest to pay around £700. I obviously complained but after a long investigation was told the verbal agreement could not be proved (how about interviewing the staff !!) and it was my choice to agree to the finance (even reading the small print does not make it clear that interest has to be paid on any PCP deal. I will be taking this to ombudsman but I will never purchase an Audi from this dealership as their word cannot be trusted.

Popped over to the Audi dealership with my husband looking for an Audi for myself. We had a quick look around the forecourt then went into the showroom. Paul approached my husband asking if he needed any help. My husband told him we had seen 2 cars outside and Paul said “do you want to show me”. Paul then looked briefly over his shoulder towards me and told me to “take a seat” as he was walking outside. I walked towards the seat initially, then wandered around the showroom looking at cars and was not approached by any other member of staff. I stepped outside and Paul continued to direct the conversation to my husband, I was made to feel like a spare part. My husband realised and as we went back into the showroom my husband said to Paul “the car is for Angela you best ask her”. Paul only then included me in the conversation and showed us both a car out the back. I had decided I wanted an Audi prior to visiting your showroom, however chose to purchase a nearly new Audi from the Car People, who treated us both as equals with respect. Paul did eventually direct conversation to me and did suggest a plausible scheme, just not what I wanted.

I would not recommend people to buy from this dealership, My Husband and myself went along looking for an Audi A4 petrol Automatic, we had an A4 to part exchange, I believe the salesman was arrogant and they offered a ridiculously low part exchange value on our car, it was not the same experience we received from Harrogate Audi when we purchased and part exchanged with them , they were professional courteous, and diligent, because we have moved to Warrington we wished to purchase locally, however we have purchased from Mercedes Warrington and it was a completely different experience, and our part exchange was £1,300 more than Audi was offering.

Me and my partner came in looking for an Audi A3 S line, we were handed the keys and we were left to browse the car at our own leisure. Absolutely loved it , no mither , no pushy sales pitch. On our way back to hand the keys we spotted the one ! A shiny red Audi A3 S line which caught our eyes ! We asked to have a look at it , and fell in love with it ! We have been back today to test drive and put our deposit on the car ! Fantastic customer service by all the staff, especially Tyrone who left us to make our minds up , very positive member of staff who doesn't OVER do it! We pick the car up in the next week or so, we can't wait to get our hands on it and can't thank Audi Warrington enough! 5 stars all day long !

Got my 3rd car from Warrington Audi on thursday. Dave Willons has looked after us for the last two cars and I can't fault him. He always looks after us and always goes that extra mile. From start to finish I had a great experience at Audi of Warrington. I was greeted immediately yet given enough time to survey my surroundings without that “hard push” you get at some dealerships. Charlie Vail took the time to explain all the options/differences between the models I was looking at with great care. When I changed my mind (multiple times) he took it in stride with a “you need to be happy” attitude. Mind finally made up, I was done in record time. I have been to other dealerships where it took hours to get through the finance portion! At the end, Charlie met me outside and went over all the bells and whistles, leaving me feeling like a child at Christmas! He offered to touch base with me the following week, let’s face it buying a new vehicle can be overwhelming, just incase I might have a question or two about all the extras. Job well done Audi of Warrington and Charlie Vail!! I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend them hands down!!

First time I have visited Audi Warrington struggled to find it though, but once in there I felt good. Met Richard Robinson for the first time, what a pleasant gentleman we went through my requirements soup to nuts never really went there to actually buy an RS3 however 1 hour later the deal was done and dusted cracking deal that's why I signed there and then.

Picking it up in 5 days is fantastic can't wait thanks Richard and the team I will definitely be buying another one in 12 months Oh the coffee and biscuits were lovely

“We don’t do diagnostic work on a Friday”. What a complete and utter joke. My first new Audi and all I can say is that I’ve ever had this problem with BMW.



It’s your product, it’s faulty and it’s under warranty - you should be sorting it my convenience. It’s like trying to get an appointment with a GP !!

Went to look at the new s5 coupe on Saturday following my request via the Audi website. I got a callback from a sales rep and told him I'd go in over the weekend. We got there at 2.30pm had a look round then approached the desk to explain why We were there. I was told someone would be with me in a couple of minutes. 15 minutes went by. I asked again and and was told they'll be with you in a couple of minutes. There were customers everywhere. People sitting in the waiting area. No organisation whatsoever. It was an absolute shambles. I approached the desk to tell them I wasn't waiting any longer. I asked for a call back. Not heard anything. I asked for brochures-they didn't have any. Here's the thing-if you're going to display the cars in the showroom for selling-ask Audi to send some brochures with the car!! I used to deal with Jon Davies. Since he has left the place has gone to the dogs. I'll be going to Halliwell jones next weekend to look at BMWs!!

Very poor service, I will try to avoid using them In the future, clearly not interested in telling customers when their car is ready. I had to go in and ask what was going on, following a day not hearing anything and then them not returning my call. Only to be told, 'it was ready yesterday, did no one call'.

Terrible experience.

I went to collect my new car, I was sat down and asked to make payment, so I payed with my debit card.

Then I waited 3 hours, and was then told the car wouldn't be available for collection until the next day.

There was that many issues I don't have the patience to list them all.

But I will NEVER buy an Audi again.

Disgraceful service.

Recently purchased an used Audi Q5 from this dealership and while I have no issues with the vehicle the dealership is less than impressive. I had the money to buy the vehicle outright but was persuaded to take a PCP deal as they were offering a free service deal which they would not consider for cash. The salesperson advised that I could take the PCP deal then pay off the outstanding amount without incurring any interest (a deal other car dealership offer i.e. Ford). I was reassured on numerous occasions that there would be no interest occurred so I bought the vehicle. So I came to pay off the vehicle after 1 month to find there WAS interest to pay around £700. I obviously complained but after a long investigation was told the verbal agreement could not be proved (how about interviewing the staff !!) and it was my choice to agree to the finance (even reading the small print does not make it clear that interest has to be paid on any PCP deal. I will be taking this to ombudsman but I will never purchase an Audi from this dealership as their word cannot be trusted.

Popped over to the Audi dealership with my husband looking for an Audi for myself. We had a quick look around the forecourt then went into the showroom. Paul approached my husband asking if he needed any help. My husband told him we had seen 2 cars outside and Paul said “do you want to show me”. Paul then looked briefly over his shoulder towards me and told me to “take a seat” as he was walking outside. I walked towards the seat initially, then wandered around the showroom looking at cars and was not approached by any other member of staff. I stepped outside and Paul continued to direct the conversation to my husband, I was made to feel like a spare part. My husband realised and as we went back into the showroom my husband said to Paul “the car is for Angela you best ask her”. Paul only then included me in the conversation and showed us both a car out the back. I had decided I wanted an Audi prior to visiting your showroom, however chose to purchase a nearly new Audi from the Car People, who treated us both as equals with respect. Paul did eventually direct conversation to me and did suggest a plausible scheme, just not what I wanted.

I would not recommend people to buy from this dealership, My Husband and myself went along looking for an Audi A4 petrol Automatic, we had an A4 to part exchange, I believe the salesman was arrogant and they offered a ridiculously low part exchange value on our car, it was not the same experience we received from Harrogate Audi when we purchased and part exchanged with them , they were professional courteous, and diligent, because we have moved to Warrington we wished to purchase locally, however we have purchased from Mercedes Warrington and it was a completely different experience, and our part exchange was £1,300 more than Audi was offering.
