Join us, The Disability Trading Company and BAS Vehicle Adaptations at scoota-safe later this month.
Our Scoota-Safe Day events offer a unique opportunity for anyone to try a mobility scooter from our Shopmobility service, or try one of the wide range of manual and powered wheelchair and mobility scooters available from our DTC shops. Visitors can also pick up information about the latest vehicle adaptations from our partners at Warrington based BAS NW.
Staff from WDP/DTC’s Mobility Workshop and Service Centre will be offering advice and guidance on servicing and repairs, plus they will be offering a free pre-Christmas safety check and a valet of your power chair or mobility scooter. They will also be offering a free rubber ferrule exchange on walking stick and crutches.

Took my little girl to see Santa although this year was even better than last year ( which I wasn't sure was possible), not only was Santa there but also Mrs Claus, both Santa and Mrs Claus was lovely and my daughter got a lovely gift. I'd definitely recommend people of Warrington and nearby to visit them in their grotto if they have little ones xx

User

This place is a little gem well worth a visit

User

Thank you so much for lending my friend a wheel chair with head rest, free of charge , who is terminal with the dreaded big C, so she can attend her relatives wedding. That is such a lovely thing to do, such lovely people, thanks again

I started my work placement at WDP 2 weeks ago I really enjoy it the staff are so friendly it's a great place to be the staff always make me feel welcome they are so polite

User

Haven’t been for a few years and Dave gave us an update and a guided tour and in a word ‘Wow’. The growth, changes and impact you all do is nothing more than staggeringly amazing. Not only have you expanded, you have gone global in assisting many in other countries too. When someone said dream big, you all have and it’s a huge honour to count Dave as a friend and colleague and to see how wonderful the vision and team have grown. The model for third sector working with a far empowering, inclusive reach. As always you humble me and inspire me on to do make an impact! 👏👏👏👏👏💪💪
