On the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of December we are proud to host this fantastic, festive event. At the cost of ┬Ż7.95 per person, we invite you all to a wonderful cooked breakfast starting at 9. From then the children get to meet the Elves and have a little Christmas party. If that doesnŌĆÖt already sound like enough excitement for the children they then meet Santa and receive their gift. Would definately be back, carvery looked delicious, good amount of options on the menu and the cake & ice cream is to die for! Staff very friendly and even sang happy birthday to our daughter when cake was bought out, had a really lovely experience ’┐Į

My mum and I had the Royal afternoon tea. It was brilliant...in fact the best we've ever had ( and ive had quite a few) there was prosecco, endless tea and coffee, sandwiches (No crusts) plenty of filling and salad, and approx 16 cakes including jam and cream scones. WOW! We couldn't finish everything so was given boxes to take away, all whilst watching the Royal wedding on the big screen TV

I love the waters edge. However my last visit. Was kids with toys playing in the carvery area. So wrong. No control. But I will go back. What ever happened to child control in this life. I donŌĆÖt blame staff at waters edge. Loved my food.

Had to find somewhere for food and drinks for relatives after my Dads funeral recently. Not having lived in the area for some years i was struggling then someone suggested here. Cant praise them enough. The buffet spread was good and everyone commented on the quality. The staff looked after us very well. Thank you for making a difficult day a little easier. x

Four of us dined at the Waters Edge on Saturday eve. The food was hot and plentiful and served in good time. The staff were pleasant and the food was very reasonably priced. We were only in Blackpool for the weekend and Googled places to eat in the area. We did stop to check out several other places along the way but they turned out to be absolute dives. We couldn't believe our luck at finding the Waters Edge. Absolutely loved it.

We all had the medium carvery. I would have given it 5 but the beef was a bit tough to cut. The service was good and the setting was comfortable. Loved the roast potato and mixed veg which consisted of carrots, cauliflower (a little to al dente for our taste), leek, mashed potato, green beans and broccoli. Onion gravy and plain gravy I would say this was a very good choice. It must be very hard to keep everything looking fresh under the heating lamps. Choice of meats. Would have liked to see all the side dishes of sauces refilled, two were empty.

Purchased the steak hanging kebab, the meat was nice enough just, there was lack of it.. also the pitta breads were the same size as my ball sack and those furry bastards ain't big... I'll try something else next time... But fair play to to our waitress with the grey hair? She was such a darling so we tipped her ’┐Į’┐Į P.S don't stick half a red onion on a hanging kebab to substitute for the lack of meat ’┐Į

The service was great to start of with but when ordering desert the woman was very rude. Very poor customer service and the woman who was serving ice cream was very rude and unhelpful! Great place but need to work on their customer service and helpfulness!

I would have given this a 0 star but there wasnŌĆÖt an option. One of the group had mushroom starter, with the sauce being very watery and lacked taste of Stilton. Mains arrived and the chicken on the skewer which my girlfriend was very excited about was raw, only been told it was grizzle by the young supervisor, and to argue the point. It was raw as 6 of us saw it. Threw the change of the difference in my hand as she decided to have the fish sandwich, simply had no management or customer skills. Manager came and saw us, damage was already done and that evening spoilt with the raw chicken the ŌĆ£chefsŌĆØ cooked and the rude supervisor. Gave us the difference and a 20% voucher for March. Complaint should have been dealt properly and earlier rather than staff Gossiping about us and looking over. None of us will return.
