Sharon, the Stockport branch manager was amazing! I knew what I wanted but I just couldn’t find it myself. She was running back and fourth bringing me dresses to try on and I know I was probably extremely picky and hard to work with. But she did it, she found me my perfect dress after trying about 30 on. Once I was ready I waited(only for a short time considering it was a Saturday and quite busy) and Toni helped me with my dresses. She was amazing! Arrived on Thursday afternoon ....we were free to choose as many dresses as we wanted to try on ......staff very helpful and no pressure was put on us to buy ......we found the perfect dress too �

All the girls that work here are so sweet and so helpful.

I get so anxious picking dresses and trying them on! (Especially as I’m getting married in 3 weeks!!!) so I got overwhelmed to say the least.



Paige was lovely since my first visit she was very helpful running round after me and my indecisiveness and very honest and said how she wouldn’t let me choose a dress I didn’t feel comfortable with (as I was thinking more about what other people would like) many styles and dresses later we found the one!!

They also rang around for me and found me a place to get same day/next day alterations before I left the store so everything was set in place.



Louise has also been very helpful and sweet, after having slight problems with another alteration we changed the dress and found another beautiful one. (Giving me tips for a scottish wedding has been vey handy too!!)

After a morning somewhere else trying on dresses 5 sizes smaller than my dress size, I really wasn't up for trawling through more dresses. When we got to the outlet, we were greeted warmly and encouraged to take a look around. I went from having no dresses in my size to loads of choice.

I picked out a handful of dresses and Toni came to my assistance with trying them on. After feeling fat and not special all morning, I was suddenly greeted with dresses that were too big which was very welcome. Toni was great, giving me honest advice, getting dresses in the right size for me and making me feel a whole lot less awkward about it.

After a few dresses, I found the one I wanted and Toni was genuinely over the moon for me. She helped us with the whole journey making us aware that it was 10% off plus free crystal and pearl hair accessories and making sure we had the right garment bag for the dress. I was really pleased with the service and the quality of the products on offer. I felt comfortable and not rushed when trying on the dresses. There were many different styles to choose from and we'll definitely be back looking for bridesmaids dresses. Thank you so much Toni and team for making the process really easy and helping me find the right dress!!!
