Well where do I start, I have no words good enough to explain what an amazing wedding day we had!



The day ran perfectly, every single member of staff couldn’t do enough and you can tell they love what they do.



Everyone commented on how lovely everyone was and how amazing the food was.



We used everyone that the west tower recommended, Herve for photos, Dominic for Video, Steve for the dj, Maxine for harp, Laurie for flowers, princess for a day for chair covers. What a spectacular team! Together they are THE BEST and you can tell they are part of the west tower ‘family’.



Massive thank you to Steph who looked after us on our day, I cried on her as I left as I didn’t want it to be over. She was a massive help when we had a bridesmaid dress hiccup. Little touches that she did was really noticed, like saving our name cards and saving us some food and cake for when we got back to our room.



This review really doesn’t do the west tower justice, all I can say if you want to book your wedding here you don’t even need to think about it, just do it!



My only wish is that we could do it all again, or even just go back to stay for one night!



Well done west tower and thank you for making the last 2 years of planning as easy and stress free as possible.

Well what can I say... I was beat to this review but thought I needed to write one too. We got married at west tower on Saturday and I wish I could go and do it all again. The venue is absolutely stunning and was the first venue we viewed, I instantly fell in love but the staff really do go out of their way and made our day . Alex was our wedding planner and she was fab always answered every question I had, then there was Kim who I honestly can’t thank enough. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for her on the day and she helped keep me calm. All the staff are amazing but I just wanted to give an extra big thank you to Alex and Kim. Oh and the food ��� . I could go on but I would be here forever writing all the reasons that this is an amazing venue so I will finish by just saying thanks again you made our day everything and more we could have ever wished for . We recently had our wedding at West Tower and it was the best decision we ever made! From the very first time we visited the venue we fell in love with it, every little detail was just perfect, the big cosy fires and beautiful ballroom to mention a few. West Tower is an amazing venue but it is the staff they really make it what is it, the really can not do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble and they will help you every step of the way in making it your special day. The wedding day itself ran so smoothly with the help of our fantastic wedding co-ordinator Stephanie who is an absolute credit to West Tower and is amazing at her job, she kept me calm, up dated and made us feeling a million dollars all day!! It really was the perfect day, the perfect venue and perfect staff. One thing that was very important to us what that it felt relaxed and everyone enjoyed the day and partied into the night and that is exactly how it was. We have just had our special day at the absolutely stunning West Tower. From finding the venue online as soon as we walked through the door we knew it was the place where we wanted to get married. The building, the grounds, the views, everything lends itself to it being the most perfect place to exchange your vows.

Our wedding co-ordinator Maria was lovely and on hand to answer any of our questions. She arranged for a beautiful bouquet of flowers to be in the bridal suite for my arrival at my (now) husband's request and kept us fully informed every step of the way. All the staff are friendly, professional and super efficient and the food is outstanding! We paid to have the option choice and every meal was polished off by our guests, with people commenting right through the evening about how delicious it all was.

The day before the wedding I dropped all our bits and pieces off at the venue and spoke to the wonderful Sue, we went through the running order of the day and I left fully confident that all I had to do was turn up and marry my lovely man without worrying or thinking about anything else.

On the big day everything worked like clockwork, calming words from Sue to my slightly nervous step dad, reassuring hugs, and a quiet calm efficiency that stopped anyone's nerves getting the better of them. She was fantastic, reorganising tables for last minute no shows, moving guests from one place to another so easily, nothing was a problem and there to sort and take care of you through the whole of your day. She really was amazing and we can't praise her enough.

Dressed the venue was even more stunning and the grounds make for perfect photo opportunities! It's truly magical.

If you book to have your wedding here you really won't be disappointed, we can't rate it highly enough and can't wait to get our photos back to relive our wonderful day. Thank you Sue, Maria and all the staff at the beautiful West Tower for making our day absolutely perfect. Xx

We had our wedding reception here yesterday. I honestly cannot praise this venue enough, it is absolutely beautiful and the staff are wonderful. We booked our wedding 3 years ago so it has been a long time coming, during the whole process West tower staff have been amazing, keeping in touch and sorting out every last detail. They made us feel so welcome and made our day even more amazing than we ever thought it could be. The staff cannot do enough for you and every detail is carefully considered and taken care of. In particular Alex Keeley was an amazing wedding planner and Kim was an excellent manager. We offered a choice menu and the way the staff served this was outstanding, honesty the service is beyond exceptional. We loved every minute and are devastated we now no longer have the need to go again. Thank you so much for making our wedding wonderful xxx

The day itself could not have been any better if we had tried it was absolutely faultless every guest has told us how amazing the day was and this was down to the amazing team at West Tower.



The food was absolutely first class and received a compliment from everyone in attendance. All the dietary issues were catered for with ease.

My Husband and I got married at west tower in July 2015 and I still remember the amazing experience that the west tower team facilitated. The staff were fantastic and the food out of this world. Wish I could do it all over again.

I've been putting off writing this review because Ive struggled to even put into words how utterly amazing our wedding was at this superb venue, anything I wrote just didn't do this place enough justice.



West Tower was the first place we viewed, and after viewing others, nothing compared; it was everything we wanted and more. We booked our wedding 2 and a half years before our wedding on 6th October of this year, and I can honestly say that the time went so fast!!



Starting with the staff, the waiters/waitresses, bar staff and cleaners, they are the most harding working people, they do a brilliant job and are a credit to the venue. We had Maria as our wedding co-ordinator right up until the wedding and I had her up the wall with emails asking mostly ridiculous questions but nothing was ever too much trouble for her and I can't thank her enough. Sue made sure everything ran smoothly on the day and was so attentive with everything, constantly walking around and checking everything was ok with our guests and with us. Everyone commented on how amazing she was. She even helped me with the underskirt to my dress, practically undressing me and re-dressing me because I kept standing on the hoop haha, she was a diamond!! Other things like, making sure there was food in our bridal suite to eat later on, were special little touches which we didn't even think of, but they were there waiting when we finally got back into our room at 4:15am!! I always thought on the day I'd be panicking over everything running well, but when we arrived, we felt so comfortable with everything and knew that sue would be on hand to sort anything out should anything go wrong, it was such a relief having her there and we both just relaxed!



Turning to the food on the day, it was perfect, we had so many compliments about how lovely it was and how well presented it was.



The venue itself is unbelievable stunning, everyone loved it, the grounds are impeccably kept and views are amazing. I can't wait to get our pictures and video back so we can re-live our perfect day!!



I know everyone says their day was perfect, but ours truly was and it couldn't have gone any better thanks to the staff and to this venue. We have made memories here that will stay with us forever. I would like to thank on behalf of my family and my new husband and I, all the staff at West Tower who were superb from start to finish on our wedding day on Sunday 25th of Feb. Even through the many months of planning the wedding Maria at West Tower was extremely helpful with her guidance to make the day become a reality for us. I cannot praise the staff there enough for all the hard work they do. Kim, our wedding co-ordinator for the day made everything feel and run seamlessly and was very friendly and professional. The Venue itself is beautiful and the views are stunning. The food was fantastic and enjoyed by all the guests and wedding party. I would highly recommend this gorgeous venue to anyone in the future as they made my husband and I feel so special from the very first meeting to the actual day.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to all staff at west tower for making our daughter, Jessica Lily Muirhead's wedding to Andrew gartside last wk 29th March 20018 , the most perfect magical day ever . My husband and I had booked the venue over two and a half Yrs ago as a surprise for our daughters 25th birthday . Ever since she was a young girl she had said that if she was ever to marry it would be at west tower , well you certainly didn't let us down !! . From start to finish you were all amazing !! . Attention to detail was your priority and you did that with such precision . The wedding breakfast was stunning and I can honestly say I have never had nicer food at any other wedding I have attended . Having the option for guests to choose Their own courses was such a lovely touch and I would highly recommend this to any bride and groom thinking Of having their wedding at west tower . So well worth the small additional cost and made the breakfast extra special and personal . An extra big thank you to Kim , our wedding coordinator . She was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for her even when I , stressed out mother of the bride was panicking over last minute things I had to do . She took over and all with a permanent friendly smile on her face and lovely manner !! Thank you Kim !!!

The only thing I'm unhappy about is that it's all over and I want to do it all again !!Thank you west tower , you truly are an exclusive and exquisite venue !!

I know I have already rated this amazing venue and staff but as it was our 2nd wedding anniversary yesterday it only seemed fitting that I just say again how amazing our day was.

I couldn’t recommend this venue any more.

I don't even know where to start with how amazing West Tower and all of their staff are. The day couldn't have been more perfect and it is all because of the wonderful people they have there.



The venue itself is stunning, the food is superb and the service is out of this world. Everything from sewing the grooms button back on last minute to making sure we had food in our room when we got back (rather drunk) all just adds to how wonderful everything is. The ladies there all kept me calm, nothing was too much trouble and they gave us the best day we could of asked for.



Even before the day itself, they think of every single detail - things we wouldn't have even considered. They also recommended some fantastic suppliers who all helped make our dream day come true.

So well worth the small additional cost and made the breakfast extra special and personal . An extra big thank you to Kim , our wedding coordinator . She was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for her even when I , stressed out mother of the bride was panicking over last minute things I had to do . She took over and all with a permanent friendly smile on her face and lovely manner !! Thank you Kim !!!

The only thing I'm unhappy about is that it's all over and I want to do it all again !!Thank you west tower , you truly are an exclusive and exquisite venue !!

I know I have already rated this amazing venue and staff but as it was our 2nd wedding anniversary yesterday it only seemed fitting that I just say again how amazing our day was.

I couldn’t recommend this venue any more.

I still have people saying to me now how amazing the venue the staff an the food was.

I don't even know where to start with how amazing West Tower and all of their staff are. The day couldn't have been more perfect and it is all because of the wonderful people they have there.



The venue itself is stunning, the food is superb and the service is out of this world. Everything from sewing the grooms button back on last minute to making sure we had food in our room when we got back (rather drunk) all just adds to how wonderful everything is. The ladies there all kept me calm, nothing was too much trouble and they gave us the best day we could of asked for.



Even before the day itself, they think of every single detail - things we wouldn't have even considered. They also recommended some fantastic suppliers who all helped make our dream day come true.



West Tower was the only venue we went to see and what an amazing venue it is. Thank you so much to everyone there �

I couldn’t fault a thing! The whole day was absolutely perfect, Kim was amazing on the day and Maria was fantastic whilst planning (in the short 10 weeks we had to plan!). Everything ran smoothly and I honestly have nothing that I would of changed. The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much for anyone. Thank you for making our wedding day so special �

Huge thank you to all the West Tower team. Fabulous wedding day. I couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. Excellent food which was tailored to suit everyone and was delicious. Beautiful venue and rooms which were turned round so quickly and perfectly from back to back weddings that you would never have thought just a couple of hours ago someone else was finishing off their special day. Special shout out to Maria and Kim for all their help leading up too and on the day of the wedding; friendly, calm and reassuring! It really is exclusive and with so many different areas to enjoy yourselves it kind of feels like you’re at home ( in your dream home).
