me and my friends went for our lunch there, food was amazing for the price, staff very friendly and the pub was lovely and clean,can't wait to go again

Today my son and i visited the venue for food after going in for a few pints on Monday and Tuesday evening and also due to recommendations from some of my neighbours. The food is unbelievable quality and the price is almost as cheap as eating at home. Where else would you get a roast lamb dinner including three vegetables and mash or choice of chips and sticky toffee pudding, apple and blackberry pie and a big helping too, extra big pot of Yorkshire Tea, and digestive biscuits all for under twelve quid. You take the biscuit best quality, customer service and value for money anywhere not just local. Thank you and see you again soon.

Little gem of a place very deceiving from outside highly recommend it.

I go in here almost every Fri afternoon with my mum. We have 2 of the smaller meals at £3:95 and they're great as home made. So if you want a cheap and cheerful dinner this is the place especially for the pensioners who have this option of this cheaper slightly smaller home made menu xx

Go in this pub most Saturday nights great atmosphere great staff. Saturday was exceptional celebrating my 70th with friends. Would like to say a big thank you to landlord and landlady Peter and Sal for the fantastic array of sandwiches they prepared.
