Vikings V's Dragons .
Thank you to Widnes Vikings for a fab game and Community Integrated Care for the opportunity to attend the game.
What a fabulous partnership these two have.
Went last night for rearranged fixture due to home game being called off !!! Stewards were very helpful ensuring everybody was seated in the unreserved seats. Widnes took on the fixture at short notice and should be commended for their efforts. ππ»ππ»ππ»
Well done to Widnes for putting the Wigan game back on at short notice. The facilities were brill and the staff very helpful. Even the neighbours in surrounding streets were polite and helpful. We parked outside a house who brought sweets out for the kids and told us they would watch the car. All these little touches make up the whole experience. My children then got to walk the players out which made their night. I don't often travel to away games but I will make the extra effort to visit here again.
Only one thing. I think they need to think about younger supporter who dont like pie and sausage rolls to keep warm ... maybe chips οΏ½
Lovely ground, free parking, lovely ground staff, good view and Cas won what more could you wish for Thank You Widnes we will be back οΏ½
Had an excellent day out. My son and myself were special guests, and all the staff and players were brilliant. Brilliant community club. Well done Vikings and of course it's supporters.
Great staff, must have been hard to get ready at such sort notice, hats off to the lot of you!
Great night awesome game well done Widnes on turning it around and getting the match on great staff at ground very professional
Fantastic professionals in a time where athletes are more known for their lifestyles than their abilities on the field the culture at this club is the best I've seen. Really great lads to be around. All the best for the season. ππΌπ
The stewards and staff were really helpful and friendly! My dads disabled and can't walk far, and the disabled parking meant we had to park, and walk back out away from the ground and through a housing estate which seemed ridiculous when we saw all the players being allowed to walk through! When we approached the supervision though, they recognised this and were very understanding and accommodating!
Played very well just ran out of steam also to many silly penalties given away on 6th tackle at our end but over all a good performance gutted for you
Good stadium, bad result for the mighty Catalan dragons
Apart from the game being a π¦ had a great day. Always a good day at Widnes after a few in Leggies,
proper rugby town !!
A decent fit for purpose stadium, but I'm still not too sure about playing Rugby League on a synthetic pitch. And the ale prices & choices could be better.
The pitch is rubbish cant see the ball think if a club is in the league it should be a certain standard carparking was a bonus it was free they ran out of hot food but the result was good
Injury problems and constant team shuffling because of it.hopefully next season we won't be jinxed, need some new players as we are loosing six
Could do so much better. The heart seems to have gone out of the team until recently. For what my season ticket and away match costs a disappointment. Maybe 2018 will be their year!!!
To charge parents Β£6 to watch their own kids play is scandalous
