I cannot recommend Wignalls estate agents enough! From my experience they seek to give you the best deal upfront without the need to haggle or play games over it and even though we paid an upfront fee, the team have remained interested in our property, given us regular reports and feedback from viewings and done the viewings themselves when needed. I really felt they were on my side when dealing with offers rather than pushing for a fast sale even though I'd paid already but above all they remained professional the entire time which is more than I can say for another local agent!Thank you so much to the Wignalls team!, your advise on different matters, your regular updates and 'can do' attitude has made a stressful time much easier!

We've just sold our house through Wignalls. Although Paul was very professional and the other staff were friendly, communication/service could have been much better. We only ever found anything out if we called to chase and never got a phone call with an update until we completed. Would still recommend over experience with other agents in the past.
