Winfit Gym

Winfit is the newly refurbished gym based inside Winstanley College

Winfit is completley FREE to all inducted members of staff and students of Winstanley College. It features two rooms, the activity room available to all students and the gym available only to inducted staff and students.
The activity room features a HD television, cushioned seating, a table football set and 4 table tennis courts with rackets free to use and balls are sold for 20p a ball. Students are welcome to relax and spend their free periods and dinner times in this area.
The gym also featured a HD television as well as a variety of high quality fitness equiptment; 2 treadmills, 2 stepping machines, 2 cross trainers, 3 bike machines, 5 rowing machines, an abductor, an adductor, a leg curl machine, a leg extension machine, a pectoral machine, a dual adjustable pulley system, a single pulley system, a smiths machine, a mat fitted core training area, 2 adjustable benches, a preacher bench and a free weights area with adjustable bar bells and fixed dumbells ranging from 2kg to 32kg.
So whether you want to chill out during your free periods or work out in the gym, Winfit has something for everyone.
