I am a fully qualified and registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), am on the BACP's Accredited Register and have the following qualifications.

A CPCAB Certificate in Counselling Skills

A CBCAP Certificate in Counselling Studies

A CPCAB Diploma in Integrative Counselling


A CPCAB Post Graduate Diploma in CBT Skills and Theory(Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)

A Post Graduate Certificate in REWIND therapy (for flashbacks, nightmares, phobias)

I have also worked for a number of years as a counsellor in several busy Wirral based GP practices, which brings with it a huge variety of both general and specialist issues.

I have also been employed by the Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centres covering North West England and North Wales

I have worked at a centre looking after the interests of people with drink and drug dependency issues, and have worked extensively with suicidal people.

The 'Rewind' therapy that I use is particularly effective for all types of trauma, and is especially useful in cases of PTS where flashbacks and nightmares occur.

I now bring these skills and experiences together to offer you an exceptional service at my private practice.
