WN1 IT is looking for an experienced IT support engineer to join our team. We are an MSP focused on providing IT support and managed internet services, the work will involve office and site-based roles looking after our client’s IT systems.
The successful candidate should be-able to demonstrate a passion for IT and customer service, with 3+ years’ experience working in a MSP enviroment in some of the following areas/technologies.

A trip to London to see the new Future Youth Zone before we start work on-site next week.

Some out of hours work last night, we were working to upgrade one of our services office customers internet connect from 100mb to 1Gb. The work also involved replacing their router and moving them onto our new tenant management platform. All part of them to deliver more to their tenants.
