Wongs have been brilliant for us! My boyfriend purchased my engagement ring from here and it's absolutely beautiful. The ring was too big but we took it in and it was resized the very same day. Free cleaning service is also great for a spruce up to get the sparkle back in your ring. We have bought our weddings rings from Wongs too (with a great 10% discount!). Our wedding rings are just how we wanted them - mine was made to match up with me engagement ring and I'm so happy with the result! Everyone who has dealt with us has been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly reccommed this jewellers!

Really overwhelmed by the service we received from Phil yesterday. We called in to get my engagement ring polished and ended up buying our wedding rings while we were in store. Phil was very knowledgeable about the type of rings which would suit us best and made us feel like nothing was a bother. Best of all was when we went for a meal that evening and the whole team from Wongs were also out for a celebration in the same restaurant. Phil came to our table with a bottle of prosecco for my fiancé and I to congratulate us on buying our wedding rings! Professional, friendly, reliable staff. For a local, independent jewellers this is the place to go. We had a tour of the workshop where we got to see a Master Goldsmith at work, designing and producing the most beautiful pieces of bespoke jewellery. An not recommended Wong’s Jewellers enough.

This company is great & have been around for generations . Designed & alters my engagement ring over 18 years ago . It’s was only the other day whilst in Debahnams I noticed a beautifull , stunning ring on a young girl . She had got engaged & her boy friend went to wongs by himself . Well he scored 20 out of ten �The ring was perfect & very different . People always commented on my ring because of the design . Love this company �

Wouldn’t even give a 1 if I had a choice..



Wongs sold us a faulty £2000 wedding ring, the diamonds kept falling out as it wasn’t strong enough to hold them (their admittance) so they were designing me a new one..This was in January.

After having my engagement ring for numerous weeks to sort the design they never called to say my engagement ring was back in store. (I had to chase them and keep going into the shop)

I agreed the design 6 weeks ago being told it would be priority and would be ready in 3 weeks by Phil..still no ring or call off them..we have to constantly call them...yesterday we were informed there had been a hitch and the ring hadn’t been started...we have been lied to, never contacted even tho they promise too with updates...even yesterday I was promised the store manager Cynthia would contact me urgently.. still no call.

I informed Jenny that if I did not receive a call I would take to social media... hence this...Sick to death of chasing them just want our £2000 back to go somewhere else.

All liars the lot of them including Phil who said he chased it up weeks ago...Obviously not if the ring has not been started..

Wongs....Great at taking your money customer service regarding faulty goods and complaints is appalling.

My next step is Trading Standards.

Wouldn't recommend my friend brought a very expensive watch, he returned it in April for it to be repaired, it is now August and still no watch they keep saying its on its way back from Switzerland but they have also been saying that for weeks, Terrible aftercare
