When my Grandma first passed and I had to help in making the funeral arrangements I found it very daunting. Mark was so kind and generous with his time and helped me every step of the way.

From the first contact with Mark and Chris at an extremely difficult time they assured me that my Grandma and the funeral arrangements would be dealt with great dignity and my Grandma's wishes respected, which they were.

They ran through all the options available and at no time did I feel pressured or rushed. The smallest of details such as the obituary in the paper, to the biggest decisions were remembered and taken care of. They both showed compassion, great professionalism and a loving understanding throughout the whole process.

I cannot thank them enough for helping me and my family, and caring for my Grandma so well.

Mark and Chris are two truly kind, thoughtful and supportive people and show great experience and professionalism.

Well my sister has put it in a dignified manner, i on the other hand will just jump right on in there and say a HUGE thank you to mark and christine for a fab funeral for our father. Right from the start, when i dashed in there to try to catch them before they headed to speak to our mother, they were brilliant. Mark and Christine took care of mum when she passed away a couple of months ago. Although I know Mark personally his and Christines professionalism and care helped us get through the process in that we didnt have to worry about a thing. They both came to see mum a month before she passed which was a really nice gesture and answered the questions mum had. Also, the service didnt stop after the funeral the after care provided was faultless. Highly recommended and couldnt ask for anymore.

Mark and Chris arranged the funeral of our father in May 2015. They were both professional in all our conversations and meetings but did it in very personal way and nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt this was because they are a family run business so know exactly how treat to people, instead of the larger companies where you may feel a bit like you are just one many families being dealt with at the same time you are going through all of the pain and stress of losing a family member.
