I love this place it has changed my life for the better xx

I attend the ZUMBA class once a week on Tuesday mornings. LEANNE is the instructor. Leanne has devised some fun routines that are reasonably easy to follow. There is a mixture of steps including street, salsa and ballet. Leanne is warm, bubbly and friendly with positive energy. I highly recommend this class to all.

How can you not give 5*s ?? Mega value for money



Need a few things sorting, music, maintenance, ect but hey work in progress

Did body pump class ..... not only did Sam work us to the max she explained WHY we were doing the exercises, the results & any alternative ones that could be done!!! BRILL CLASS! And the PTs are amazing (especially aaron! � )

A great friendly place to train with lovely staff

Martin gross is a very good pt need to get the machines fixed atmospher very good

Love body combat classes with Sam and the legs,bums and tums with Lee. They are great instructors!

Had my 2ND body pump session with Carla and my sister enjoyed it to roll on next week,and many more training sessions to follow, feeling positive. :) xx

Fantastic gym, I've still not used everything it has to offer. Treadmills give off an electric shock though 👎🏼

It's a good gym, but I feel like they are going down that hard sell route and it's putting me off. Not interested in a personal trainer!

You know what I love? When you leave to go to university and cancel you membership in August 2017 however when you go to check your bank they have been taking payments out of your bank for 6 MONTHS! Then when I give the reference number to check the direct debit, your bank account isn’t even connected to your membership! But to someone who doesn’t even live at your address!! Honestly the incompetence of the people who work here is unbelievable. I swear to god my 3 year old cousin could set up an account better than they can, so now I’m £60 out of pocket when I work part time and am at university too. Don’t go to this gym it’s not even worth your time

Xcercise4less are involved with the fraudulent company Harland Services who devise contracts for the sole purpose of defrauding people.

CRS who are part of Harlands (see the small print at the bottom of their letters) falsely accuse people of breaching part of an agreement that was never agreed to in the first place or in fact even exists. They obtain money from people under false pretences. For example, they use section 9, of the "Terms and Conditions" under "Fees and charges" to convince people they must be in arrears and owe money because they have not filled in an online cancellation form and given 30 days notice of cancelling their monthly Automatic Direct Debit. Section 9 is not contractual in any shape or form, what you "may" do or "should" do with your own money is your business, not theirs. Section 9, It is there for the sole purpose of deceiving people. Once you have completed the minimum terms of the contract that you agreed to, such as, paying 11 monthly payments of £9.99 you are not legally obliged to pay them any more money if you no longer want to use their services and you are certainly not legally obliged to give any notice of that. These people are not scammers, they are criminals, what they do is illegal. If you have paid them any money under the these conditions you have the right to be reimbursed.

When you wish to leave look out for dirty trick small print their partners in crime harlands will try to screw you over.

The equipment is mainly faulty or worn without being replaced. It’s such a shame because it could be a fab gym. Great people and the staff are so helpful. It’s just a shame the company don’t replenish and repair the equipment. I doubt I’ll be renewing my membership next month.

Rob dogs who try to use illegal admin charges when you try to cancel your membership, Avoid.

Just want to say from the off this gym never honoured terms of the contract the joining fee was 35-45pounds under the advice a £25 food voucher would be received for muscle foods.

Never happened !!! Also took 9 months to take my finger print . Thus making their points scheme pointless. As they had to just let me in.

The 2 "free" PT sessions never materilsed. Thus meaning they got me to sign a contract under miss advise which technically null and voids a contract.



After processing cancellation request outside of my 12 months the proceeded to ignore this. Even after my last direct debit was taken. To receive an email stating the would be charging 25£. I think not. Stay away from this club. I only had it on top of existing membership for convenience as was near work.



I would rather pay £50 a month andthe bussiness honour what they have said from the outset . Every promotion you put up expect me to comment with the reality of the situation!

I paid £100 for the transformation programme. PTs are good but the prog is very badly managed - times are changed, communication is poor, refunds are not accepted, head office don’t respond to complaints

FRAUD, GDPR BREACH

As many people know I was working at exercise for less in Hamilton, I no longer work there after I made a major complaint to head office regarding fraud in the company and nothing was done about it.



So I think it's only right that I let all the customers know that your personal details including bank details are NOT safe with the company.



Amanda Jane Clark.. (apparent sales manager) has for sometime been creating FAKE sales in the company using "someones" bank details .. I have no idea who .. but they have been used on average 60-100 times per month to meet our very high sales target, which lead to the company reaching 100% target so myself and Amanda made commission and salary wage rise ..there is two sets of bank details being used . I have photo evidence of her in fact telling me to use them and put on fake sales .... leading directly to her wage rise within the company and ensuring the Hamilton branch met their monthly targets to achieve bonuses etc.

This was reported to senior management who told me she would be suspended under investigation and within an hour decided that she would in fact keep working while being investigated ... of course thus is pitting even more peoples personal banking details at risk.



Secondly she allowed her teenage daughter on a couple of occasions go into the office and look up "hot guys" that were checked in to the gym so that she could retrieve their personal details and add on social media etc ... disgusting violation of people's privacy not to mention her daughter was only 13 years of age .. And said customers involved were grown men .



I left Xercise4Less as I simply couldn't bare to work with someone whom was breaching customer privacy to such levels .. She took it upon herself to talk about me with several members of staff and also members of the gym about my absence, personal life whilst name calling me .. bare in mind this was my direct manager. So not only does she not respect customer privacy but was happy to speak about my private business on NUMEROUS occasions.



She made it her daily job to talk and gossip about every member of staff in the building, Also going after the job of her manager knowing full well he had extreme personal issues going on and losing his job was the last thing he needed.. She didn't care. She spoke of her staff with names like "fat as fk" "useless" and much worse on many occasions.



Furthermore than talking about staff she spoke of the members of the gym in a disgusting manner... a elderly disabled gentleman who trains frequently in the gym comes in the gym shouting "I'm here I’m here everyone" she turned to myself and another member of staff and said "best thing that could happen to that old c*** is he could die" ... disgusting behaviour and only one example of absolute lack of any moral standing or management skills.



I'm writing this message as I've had to leave a job I loved because nothing has been done about this vile woman. And think it's only fair to warn members that there details are not safe!!!!
