The first ShawFest at St.John with St. Michaels CE Primary School was a really enjoyable experience and great to see so many parents enjoying the occasion with their kids... loads of community stalls & events...just got home after feeding the masses...shattered!! Thank you for the invite.😀

Putting the 'Shire' into 'Yankee' with this well maintained 70's British classic Ford Capri belonging to a visiting customer.

Spent an engaging afternoon at Shawclough Primary School as one of the judges on their 'Ready Steady Cook' competition. The pupils did themselves proud with their range of healthy food, table & wall displays, knowledge & hospitality. In my eyes they were all winners!

For the past 3 months, I have trialed my healthy fusion cuisine on the Ashoka fore-court, getting your opinions and finding out what you like. Popularity has grown and I will now be spreading my wings and focusing on festivals/private events, school visits, healthy meal preps & nutritional therapy plus a local delivery service (when available). However, I will still be located locally on Cowm Reservoir (Whitworth) at the weekends for your convenience (unless at an event/poor weather). You can always check by calling me on 07554 607 609. Terry the Tiger & myself had a fabulous day teaching the kids about healthy eating & alternative food choices. Today we made Singapore Stir Griddled Noodles (with Lamb Seekh Kebabs & crisp veggies). Upon serving, some if the kids were: "ooh sir, I don't like veggies, I don't like lamb kebabs, I don't like noodles" My reply: " Have you had them before?" Answer:"No" Upon eating them: " Sir, can we have seconds?"... Brilliant...the day was great, made so by all of the youngsters I've been lucky enough to teach over a 4 day period.
