Went in on Saturday night. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and very attentive. All people in our group loved the food. Met the boss Nathan, really nice fella.

Would recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

Visited yesterday lunch time, I had the winner winner and my husband had the wrappers delight.

The food and service was outstanding, the salted caramel milkshake was divine � will definitely be returning �

Third visit, still as tasty as the first. Always enjoy the not chicken nuggets too! Also just want to thank Den for serving us, great customer service �

Only had chips but had just fallen down the stairs in another restaurant (who had turned us away) and eveyone in Yard and Coop were so lovely. Gave me some ice for my very sore swollen arm and a glass of coke and kept checking on me so thank you so much. There was also a nice gent at the bar who checked on me too. Ended up going for and x-ray.....no break just bad bruising (probably would have been worse without the ice!). So thank you all for being so kind and caring! As a nurse I hate being the patient! My friends enjoyed their food and I will come back just because you were all so lovely!

If you like chicken that’s the place to go and they have some nice spicy sauces � friendly nice staff and a retro place.

Absolutely loved every single second spent here tonight. The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was great (pretty much had a little jiggle to every song played haha) and our waitress was wonderful. 10s 10s 10s across the board and would highly recommend to anyone!

Bit gutted the coop wheat beer has disappeared off the booze menu as it was some fine ass beer but we had the pilsner instead which was tasty.

Always find the staff polite, excellent and attentive. There was a small issue with our order coming out of the kitchen (an issue that we weren’t aware of before we were told and we certainly didn’t feel like we’d been waiting a long time) but we were very well informed and extremely well looked after. Meal was lovely as always. In the words of arnie; I’ll be back �

Major positives: the staff were fantastic. Seemed to really enjoy working there and were singing along to the tunes. Sets a nice tone.

A tad overpriced for chicken. Meals were OK but the tortilla that came with one meal was hard like cardboard and inedible. Was busy as it was a Saturday lunchtime but not easy to get the attention of the staff. I was told by one of our party to always have the chicken breast meal as that is usually fine.

Meant to be a chicken heaven, does not even stand up to a chicken asylum. Refugee chicken would not want to be the guest on any of the tables at this establishment. Poor service and chicken. Drinks just about do the job. Would not recommend.

I used to recommend this place to everyone .....after tonight's meal won't be returning �

Massive cock has had a remake and is now mark 3 which is still a fabulous burger but the Vegas fries have been totally altered and reduced in size but still called Vegas fries ....... Long gone are the bacon and chicken bits and replaced with a gooey (not in a good way) sauce! Shame yard and coup didn't think to rename or make the Vegas fries with a mark 2 or 3 or anything!!

The side of the fried pickles came deep fired hot and everything else was just about warm ....

Ah well at least we have mini eggs with the bill ..... Nope that's gone too

Bye bye yard and coup the memories of such good food is now just memories ......

Portion size is also a little tight, considering it cost £45 for 2 people to eat with a couple of drinks.

Atmosphere & staff politeness are very good. The problem comes with the food. Chicken was soggy, oily and overall not a great eating experience. The cayenne pepper dip (can’t remember what it is called) feels & tastes like a medicinal shot. Portion size is also a little tight, considering it cost £45 for 2 people to eat with a couple of drinks.



Was looking forward to it as I thought it may be a good local place to eat, but won’t be returning. Should have complained after receiving food, but felt awkward doing so.



Hope it changes so we can return and have a different experience.
