Went last night for the Love Island launch.. couldn’t of done anything more for us! Fantastic service from Gareth! Will definitely be returning x

We had our Ladies Christmas dinner here on Friday. Table looked fabulous, food delicious and we were even waited on with our drinks for the first hour or so. Thank you, we had a lovely evening. :)

Was there last night for the reopening party had V.I.P treatment all night Ryan and Aaron who served me and my friends drink was amazing always friendly and a young girl named Abby who served our food was like being at a proper restaurant food was great

Never been to Bolton but visited as it was a friends birthday so it was her choice where we went. When i walked in the place was busy but we got served very quick an the drink prices was ok considering it was Saturday night! Music and atmosphere was very good, felt very special with the birthday requests by the dj made my friend's night! We need DJ's like this back home. Thanks for a top night!! :D

I was at a christmas party upstairs and it was well set out. The staff, you could not fault them. Very helpful on such a busy time of the year. A credit to Yates'.

Great atmosphere and good food. Had the fish chips and mushy peas special on Friday. Delicious and for a great price as well.

Currently in Yates with my mate we ordered food and due to the menu changing there were no rice for the burrito so Ryan(staff) let us re-order and the food was gorgeous, arrived fast and a great pint got to say great customer services from Ryan thanks again.

The hall is clean, well secured and excellent staffs. Been out in Bolton several times, but must say this is the best. I came in wit my mates, we had a friendly welcome. Fair drinks prices. We had lots of Photos and had a wonderful times and met nice people.

Visited with my children (16 & 21) , we all agreed that the food was very good...burgers went down well - especially the sweet potato fries, i had chicken & bacon melt delicious. Both our food & drink were a fair price. Great service. Only downside was the fact that I was informed by our server that under 18's could not be served after 6pm, (this was at 6.15pm) we placed our order at 5.40pm. Overall, a good experience though. Decor good aswell.

Needs bar staff. Whats the point of a massive makeover then not having sufficient staff to serve customers. ?.

Honestly really dissapointed with the food today, I ordered half a chicken with chips and peas £7.95, the chicken was pink in parts, the chips were also under cooked and the peas were solid. To be fair they tried to resolve my rubbish food with a plate of chips- which were also rubbish. Not worth the money I spent at all, really not happy.

Went for food on Saturday with my gran we both ordered tikka masala I only managed to eat the rice due to there being a hair in my tikka sauce staff refunded me but don't think I'll be eating there again

Where to begin with this travesty? Upon ordering our food I was informed of a potential thirty minute wait. Thus, imagine my despair when, after a FIFTY minute wait, a pathetic, pitiful portion of lukewarm macaroni cheese manifests itself disappointingly before my eyes. Macaroni stuck together in a square as if to tell me "Yes, we dumped this straight from the microwave into your plate, you cretin." Certain pieces of pasta would have made Helms Deep jealous with their impenetrable nature. And to top everything off, I'm sorry to say that I disgraced the toilet several times upon returning home, and my stomach felt rather like it was being chewed upon by a rabies-ridden chihuahua. The only good thing this visit has given me is quite a tale to tell at the country club on Tuesday!

There should be a minus option, 1 star is being very generous. Took an hour and half to make mine and my friends food, when we eventually got it, it was luke warm at best and was just horrible. How can you get chilli and chips wrong in the space of an hour is beyond me. Cutlery filthy and staff looked absolutely miserable, Not to the mention the dear old couple who's dog which they snuck in shat on the floor and refused to clean up which went really well with my chilled con carne. The only highlight was leaving

Table full of glasses from other people we had to ask for them to be moved and table didnt get wiped. Roast beef dinner roasted were black meat very dry and York pud was hard.

I was at ur establishment on Sunday, I use the word establishment loosely..far from it. Arrived and ordered drinks at 3.15,shortly followed by a food order at 3.27. I was warned of a 20-30 minute wait. So my four companions and I were fine with that. After 35minutes we were informed four out of our five orders weren't available, so re-ordered, naturally expecting abit more of a wait. Eventually food came crawling out of the kitchen, two by two and maky minutes in-between, only then to be told my order would just be a few minutes. Ten minutes passed, another message saying my food was on its way, another ten minutes passed and I was told my order had been messed up. I came in clean cut and left looking like gandalf, none the food was worth the wait. It looked tastier in the pan of the loo than what it did on my plate. I could've slaughtered a cow and chicken,cooked and slapped it in a bun quicker even if I was a paraplegic... To then have the cheek to try to refuse a refund to one of my companions after his cold, at best, vomit dressed Mac and cheese...with a 'side' of dog meat...(nails was very,very upset)

You sirs are a total joke.. Incompetent staff, dog shit in a can,warmed up in a microwave... Well done yates, very well done... You certainly gave me something to forget about

I dont know if it was just because it was a Thursday night but my experience was thus. Imagine if you had a dream of a pub that was lively and full of people that had teeth, then imagine that dream was brutally murdered by a nightmarish crack head that even after murdering the dream was still asking it for spare change with its shit breath and syringe marks, then imagine that dead dreams corpse had been devoured by a troll, the troll had shit it out into a food blender, then the dead dream troll shit had been diced through this food blender for several days, tipped onto a motorway, ran over by an 18 wheeler stuck to the tires and traveled all the way through the fucking sahara desert constantly being crushed by the overwhelming weight of the 18 wheelers terrific load and you will have some idea of how i felt visiting your establishment last night. The curtains were alright tho. Much lv
