Went for the first time tonight, food was delicious and came so fast! Cocktails were lovely, was my partners birthday and they brought a cake out and sang happy birthday, lovely staff!

We went as a party of 3 adults/3kids before a concert at the Echo Arena. Having been told ridiculously long waiting times at a few of the chain places, we were a little concerned that it wasn’t very busy when we walked in! We were just very lucky it seems, as it was packed shortly after we got our food! We were spoilt for choice of what to pick! A great selection of kids meals & not the usual “nuggets & chips” options made our night! The sweet & sour chicken and rice was a big hit with the kids. The Pad Thai & Chicken Fried rice mains were huge and very fresh - delicious, as were the chicken wing starters! Lovely quick & friendly service - we will definitely be back & recommending to friends!

We had the mixed grill and the service the presentation was faultless, great selection of food and had no complaints about the quality, the time to it too to bring out and service, we are from Nottingham and will visit again.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, straightaway a waiter approached and showed us to a table then a waitress asked us what we wanted to drink. Did not wait long to give our choices in, I went for a tortilla of chicken with peppers, cheese, and a dressing I also ordered french fries, the chicken was delicious well cooked served on a hot platter. My hubby asked for sweet and sour chicken with rice which was very hot and it looked a good serving. All in all a very enjoyable meal. We will go there again very enjoyable experience.

Never had a bad meal here came tonight for my sons birthday lovely atmosphere service was great staff very attentive �food was amazing particularly the prawn thia green curry cocktails went down a treat and I will be returning for another jug of pink sangria ��

Great choice in menu,never been before and would certainly go again, staff were lovely and very helpful as ordered two glasses of prosecco and were told we could get two for the price of one off the cocktail menu , which saved us money and very grateful that they made us awear of this saving .great food ,thai green curry was amazing and my daughter ordered the beef ,which I tasted and was very tasty to ,would definitely recommend this place and would go back again 😁.

Food was lovely and staff very accommodating and friendly when we asked to be moved from by the drafty door would definitely recommend, the steak with peppercorn sauce was delish x

Fantastic food and great service. I had veggie pad Thai and my other half had the mixed grill! Both we would have again in a flash. Really tasty washed down with a nice cold beer in the sun! Brilliant! 😀

On a Saturday night. We sat down and ordered food. Our meals were out within 10 minutes and was delicious. Ever in Liverpool, worth a stop!!!

Went here yesterday for my birthday with my

mum we were asked where we would like to sit & were seated immediately. Staff were lovely and friendly and when one of them noticed the sun burning my mums back she came over and asked if we would like to move to a shaded table, which I thought was I nice touch. Once we ordered our food came out really quickly we both had the Rump steak sandwich & fries which was lovely. Will definitely be coming back her soon would definitely recommend a visit

Went in the night time food was fine,went in the afternoon,just average,overcooked and bland.not much of a selection neither.

Service was good, food was OK but freezing cold restaurant, ate my whole meal with my jacket on. Would go back on a warmer day. The Pad Thai that I had was delicious. My partner's meal was small and a tad bland. Would be nice to see what items on the menu could be made Gluten Free or doesn't naturally contain Gluten.

Popped in for late lunch. Service was good, but once the food was served it was as if there job was done. Steak was over cooked. Chips cold.

Asked for steak medium and it came well done, never got asked how are meal was until we finished. the fries were cold.. service was ok, been once and won't hurry back..

We were seated more or less straight away and then waited about 10 mins to be served with drinks the waitress also took our food order.

We waited a good 20minutes still no food asked the man who seated us who told a woman. She came over no apology just said fish and chips we said yes. So we waited another 10 mins whilst they sorted what went wrong still no one came over too us and still no apology. Our fish and chips arrived 10 minutes later. I myself never ate all my meal as i could taste flour . When we asked for the bill no apology all we got asked was did you enjoy your meal. Safe too say I will never return too this establishment again.

Used be fantastic, seem to struggle a little now when busy. Wrong drink brought, bit of a wait for our main which was just warm and not hot like you would expect. Would look to go somewhere else first before going back.

Food was lovely, but service was dreadful, we had to ask to order. Had an offer from Bookatable for set menu so thought we would try. Stated this fact in my booking and when they phoned to confirm. Get to restaurant to be told no set menu. After much discussion and reluctantly was then offered 20% off main menu. Even showed them what I had received and was told the menu I had was about 4 years old!!! Also ordered a cocktail which had zero alcohol in, was not the only one who thought so. Shame as food was delicious, but everyone I was with agreed wouldn't go back!!

Traveled 4 hours from Sunderland for our minimoon for a couple of days. We got seated only to wait10mins to be asked for our drinks. A further 10 to be asked for our food and then to wait between 30-40 mins just for our starter! But before that When questioned about it they seemed to have forgetting. Then a further 10mins ( by this point it had been exactly an hour) we asked them where our mains were for them to tell us we had only been in there for 35mins.. what a joke. Ended up just paying for drinks (which we shouldn’t have) and went to five guys (where you’ll find much better service) for someone to eat as we werw starving!! Seriously a massive joke at the Liverpool restaurant.
