An energizing flow to build physical agility, to stretch, strengthen and re-energise the body and improve mental focus by uniting movement with the breath, leaving you feeling energised, healthy and strong.

Focus on learning traditional yoga postures moving at a slower pace to allow the opportunity to feel and explore each particular pose. Emphasising breathing, alignment and stability in order to promote a safe and fulfilling long term practice.

Kids yoga classes have finished for 2017.

I qualified in July 2017 with the Classical Yoga School (CYS) (accreditation, RYS 200 hour) - an ashtanga based course, which provided an in depth study of yoga philosophy, asana (postures) from the ashtanga primary series, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.

>> C H I L D R E N <<

I qualified in Children's Yoga and Mindfulness with Chrysalis Kids in September 2016 (accreditation, The Independent Yoga Network) - the training combined yoga postures, breathing & mindfulness techniques with storytelling, games, song, dance and other forms of creative learning to help increase the overall well-being of children. I am trained to teach children between the ages of 3-7 years however techniques can be used and adapted for older & younger children.

I include child friendly mindfulness techniques in the form of games and fun breathing to create a mind and body connect in the present moment.

I structure my children’s classes on positive affirmations through stories, games, mantras, chants, songs and dance to guild the children through different yoga postures, engaging warm up games, and relaxation stories at the end.
