The food and shakes are great !! but a 3 hour 10 minute wait for delivery is beyond a joke regardless of the 6 free chicken wings for the inconvinience when you order at 7.15pm you dont expect your food at 10.25pm

So very upset tonight with my order. How can you get a order so wrong and than when I phone up about it get told you are coming back for it and sat and waited 20 mins with food going cold so phoned back and had to wait another 20 mins for the right order

Numerous orders from us over 12 months and never had any issues until the last 2 occasions - what has happened Yolo's? First order was ordered at 6:10 we ended up getting it at gone 10pm because the first order was rock hard we couldn't even bite through the bun , waited a few weeks and ordered again last night hoping to have a better service again took over 2 hours first delivery driver came and didn't even have our order - rung up to be told we will ring you back no phone call back from them we ended up getting the burgers over 2 hours late by that time we was past starvation! and when you ring no sorry from them or compensation is offered - disgraceful service - Dissapointed is an understatement!!

I have been a repeat customer spending circa £20.00 per week every week for almost 6 month but we have noticed the food has been taking longer to arrive tonight it took over 2hours , when it does arrive it's cold and all I get is "I'll tell them in the ship&were dead busy , well from tonight you will be 2 meals less busy

Got sent mouldy burgers ��� disgusting

Gave me and my girlfriend food poisoning. Responded to my initial messages and said they would investigate it but appears they have now blocked me as they are not getting my messages or sending me any response.

Food was hanging and expensive had to pay a service charge for a shit service and a delivery charge then the delivery driver was hanging around for a tip.

Don't know what it's like cos never got it !! Ordered at 10pm for delivery at 11.15 phoned at 11.30 apparently it was 2 minutes away ! Rang just now and no peri peri chicken and they tried to ring us ( didn't ) turns out they didn't even bother checking the order out ! Nice one yolo won't bother again !

Absolutely shocking..... Worst fucking service I have ever seen.... Being in food trade me self and delivery way over 2 hours is a disgrace.... And to top it up with the guys over the phone who can't speak fluent English.... Won't be using this shit place ever again
