What can I say absolutely in love with my wedding dress, This was the first shop I went into and the second dress I tried on, It was perfect for my big day � I asked for it slightly altering and what a fabulous job they made of this, Thankyou to Jackie, her daughter and Sharon, My experience of entering a wedding shop at first was very nerve racking, But I was made to feel at ease as soon as I entered the shop, Thankyou so much once again, one happy bride ��

What amazing customer service! Jackie goes above and beyond. From the moment we entered we were greeted with warmth and put totally at ease. Jackie was beyond helpful and even answered one of my emails on her way home from a night out to put my mind at rest. A true gem of a shop with an amazing choice of prom dresses. We visited this "hidden gem" on Saturday looking at prom dresses. The lady who owns it is what I can only describe as one of the nicest people I've met in a long time. We had half a clue what we had gone in for and nothing at all was too much trouble in accommodating our weird and wonderful requests! My daughter tried on several dresses with no pressure to purchase, at no point did we feel we were being pains either! We left having purchased the most exquisite gown. I would recommend to anyone, or should I say when you've visited the rest go and buy from the best ❤️ Xxx

Visited Your Dream Dress on Sunday with my mum who was looking for a wedding dress and myself for a Bridesmaid dress. Jackie, the owner, was lovely and went out of her way to open the shop for us on a Sunday evening!! Jackie could not do enough for us, she made us very welcome and even made us coffee. There is a gorgeous selection of dresses available and the service is second to none. I would definitely recommend Your Dream Dress to everyone. Jackie took all the stress out of looking for my daughters Prom dress and made the whole experience a dream. When we walked in Jackie’s first words where “have an open mind and try as many as you like on”. There was no rushing; we took our time, tried lots of dresses on until we found the perfect one.

It was altered by Sharon to fit beautifully. We couldn’t ask for better service by lovelier people

I met Jackie and Jenny at a wedding fair after only just getting engaged. It was safe to say from that initial meeting I really wanted to see the shop. I had very particular ideas about what I wanted in my dress and with each dress I picked out it didn't quite hit the spit. It was Jenny and Jackie who picked my dress after listening to my wish list. It was my dream dress. They made each visit friendly and welcoming and I can't imagine buying my dress from anyone else.

I had visited Your Dream Dress right at the beginning of my (year long ��) wedding dress search and hadn't found the one for me. I was starting to lose the will to live, when Jackie called me out of the blue to ask how my search was getting on and to let me know they had a brand new collection in store. Out of all of the dress shops I visited Your Dream Dress were the only shop that did this and it was just the beginning of the helpful and professional service I received. Jackie and Jenny are friendly, supportive and reassuring and went above and beyond for me - opening the shop several times on Mondays so my mum who lives in Yorkshire could see the dress. I was also really impressed with the range of styles in store, they don't just cater for 'traditional' bridal style, they have an appreciation for eclectic styles and tastes. Shout out to Sharon the seamstress who I hope hasn't turned to drink after having to alter my heavily beaded dress! Amazing experience all round - and I know it's a really weird thing to say, but the shop always smells so lovely! A small detail but an important one � Thanks for everything guys, you've been ace xx

I could not recommend highly enough!!! Starting my experience of buying a wedding dress was difficult, as I was an unconfident large bride! However, the minute I stepped into Jackie’s shop, she was amazing!!! My dress really was my dream dress and I felt like such a princess on the day! Sharon the alteration lady was amazing! My dress was ordered as an 18 - and after slimming world i was a 12, yet my dress was still perfection! Will definitely recommend to anyone.....cannot thank you enough!!!!! Mrs Speakes xx

Have yet to wear my dress, but have just been for my final fitting. Can honestly say that Jackie is the nicest lady in any wedding dress shop I've been to (and there have been several!). Really personal service and she can't do enough to make sure you're happy with your dress.

From the second we walked in I felt comfortable. I had no ideas really what I was looking for, both of the dresses I chose didn't quite hit the mark fully so Jackie and Jenny picked one out for me (probably not a style I'd have gone for). Its fair to say, both me and my mum loved it, it was The One. They helped me decide on accessories as well and couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. It was a fantastic experience and I can't wait to go back for my fittings. Couldn't recommend these lovely ladies highly enough xx

Finally. A shop where you are treated respectfully. So happy to have bought Megans’ prom dress from here. She looks stunning. Five star rating.
