This is one of the biggest things that stop people from making ANY progress in the gym.
Instead of getting distracted, having shiny object syndrome and trying something new, DO LESS BUT BETTER!
Pick no more than 4-5 exercise variations for each muscle group/movement pattern and spend at least a year mastering those and making small incremental gains.
... I recently listened to @thedorianyates , one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time talk about his Mr Olympia training. He only trained 4 times per week for no more than an hour at a time. The key is doing less but better.
So many people these days spend more time getting the correct camera angle rather than focusing on their actual technique. Thereâs nothing wrong with recording the odd workout for content and adding value to the fitness community but make sure you get your priorities right.
