- Full time / Part time Kitchen assistant. (This is a full time / part time role for during the week. Occasional weekends maybe required)
- Part time floor assistants. (This is a part time role for during the week. Occasional weekends maybe required)

We had a group booking for my sons birthday here, initially we only had 8 children so decided to do it this way rather than a party booking.We picked zoomania because it is smaller than a lot of other local soft plays and thought it would be easier with a large group of kids, because of the size you can actually see where your children are which as a parent of a young child who likes to follow his big brother is a must. The staff at zoomania helped us plan our group booking nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend this softplay and great value for money! Many thanks!

My sons 5th birthday there private hire the staff was amazing Suzy casey and Laike was amazing the kids loved it they made Owens birthday very special every thing was perfect thank u very much they done everything and beyond to make everything right and fun all of kids had a awesome time there well worth it big thank u to all

My little boy just had his 2 years old birthday party there, they played and had food and drink there, also face painting and milo came out with his birthday cake. All the kids had so much fun, hassle free for all the parents, excellent hosting experience for us, good value for money, staff kept making sure we are ok throughout. Can't fault them at all! Highly recommend!! Especially wanted to thank you for Megan's hard work and sorting everything out for us! We will be back for sure!

Lovely soft play venue. Very clean and wonderful frames which are much enjoyed by my children. I have to mention how wonderful, friendly, warm and welcoming the staff are. Free music sessions on a Tuesday are a bonus! Another mention to the man who makes the nachos.. always a great dish! Great Disney music play list also ��

I had my son Ryan’s 6th party today. I was so pleased with all the help of my party host Amy. She was so helpful and an absolute gem! Amazing member of staff! Xx

Hi, my son loves Zoomania and it's perfect time for me to enjoy a coffee. We definitely will comming back ;)

A really lovely play area for the children. I went with a friend our children are both 1yr. Loved the sensory room and the dancing monkey and zebra, the boys really enjoyed themselves. Please make the monkey and zebra a regular thing would come back just for them �. Will definitely be returning, thanks for a lovely afternoon.

We come here almost every week, love the fact that in the morning they have an offer so you get a hot drink with entrance and childs drink. Now the weather is nicer they have the out door bit open, this is good but it's a pain as its bark floor so your constantly putting shoes on or off trying to catch your child as they fly past. They need to put something like artificial grass down, would make it 10x better!! Otherwise I never really have a problem, always go when it's quieter and it's a lot nicer for little ones to play.

We went for a friends party, and the back door was opened and if it wasn't for me checking on the children, I'm not sure what may have happened, and felt the kids in the party room was told by staff members to hurry up with food and ice cream was carried in when kids was still on mains and even the parent of the child who's party it was, asked if they could eat what they have first, but still ignored,not enough food for all children as one portion of pizza and chicken per child and asked for another pizza, shoes was passed around when the kids was still on ice cream, and told on a few occasions to put shoes on and go down stairs, I even took ice cream home as my son wasn't ready.

It was good my kids enjoyed it. Just one down point is when you order a soft drink from the machine they fill it with water and only put a touch of Pepsi in it.they should inform customers before serving.

We visited yesterday, for the first time as we had a voucher.

They were quite accommodating as the voucher had expired however I phoned and explained the reasons why we hadn't used it and they kindly honoured it for us.

Sadly I was so disappointed with the venue... it was chaos, limited seating... a huge area appeared to be cornered off for a party ( I do feel that perhaps this should of been somewhere else or a room to the party for themselves as it meant lots of regular visitors were left standing.

It was a bit grubby and they were really slow to clear the tables, we had to ask to come clear the table we eventually got of plates of food and empty cups.

I appreciate it was a Saturday and I'm probably being fussy it just didn't live up to some of the others we frequently visit which are more local.

I probably won't make the journey from Leighton buzzard to here again.

Kids enjoyed it tho and seemed to have a great time!

Can't believe we couldn't even leave our drinks on the table today at zoomania without a little boy drinking them! And there was food in the actual play areas my 1 year old daughter nearly ate a rotting cucumber! There's no parent supervision or staff around when there should be its a joke!�� staff were very friendly when you saw them but I am not happy about the fact parents aren't watching they're children very well. As soon as we had a drink and put our bottles on the table a little boy ran up and drank some of my sister in laws fruit shoot. Got told he came back and took the bottles off the buggy and had some of them while we were in the soft play. Will not be going back there again if there's no supervision sorted!��

We booked and paid for a disco party for 12 kids for a 6th birthday party. Firstly, one of the paid children did not arrive, when we asked for a refund we were told that it stated in the terms and conditions that they are unable to refund. We never received a copy of the terms and conditions on booking or paying for the party. The disco party package was said to include face painting, the climbing wall and milo and zilo to visit the kids in the party room for dancing and games. However, the children never got face painting, milo or zilo or the wall. When we spoke to the manager about this, he advised us that the party host at zoomania is responsible for providing this to us. When questioned why this wasn't provided to us, he said he would speak to the party host and that he could do no further.

As we've been sold the party to include these things, then we would expect this to be given, if not then a part refund. I would advise all people looking to book a party here to avoid it at all costs!!!!!

Very disappointed with the customer service recieved today ... stood waiting for five mins before acknowledged by a member of staff . Also within two minutes of sitting down was approached by a member of staff saying we were bad mouthing their colleague. (Complete lie) was made to feel very uncomfortable, Which is a shame as other staff worked very hard and was friendly.



Been here many times before but due to these two staff members and the way we were treated would not recommend.

Very disappointed to have to pay full price for my son to come into Zoomania today to pick up his sister from a party. He is 9 so it cost me £7 for him to come and stand in the party room and watch his 4 year old sister and her little friends eat their food and collect their party bags! I accept if he had come for the whole session and played on the equipment we would have to pay. I did ask if maybe I should have left him on his own in the car park!! Greedy! We won't be having our next party with you.

Our family have been coming here for many years now . Our 13 month old has loads of energy to burn , so we come here today . Worst day ever ! Kids trying to look after kids . The toddle area was full of of older kids , at least 3 women's bear foot , kids eating and drinking in the play areas , , messy , dirty . No control or safety for toddlers or baby's , all they care about is how quick they can get the chicken nuggets meals out . These places should be monitored , more check ups . Time to look for another play area for my kids !

Needs a bloody good deep clean it is absolutely filthy �����

Just wanted to pop in here for half an hour before seeing relatives after a seven hour drive so the kids could blow off some steam. Wouldn’t let us in without filling in a lengthy membership application- wouldn’t even let me do it while the kids played. Absolutely ridiculous. Also crazily expensive. For 4 year old triplets and a 2 year old was £22 - no offer of sibling discount and not even that nice inside. Really stressful after such a long drive.

I've been there several times, thinking that every previous time we only had bad luck... but the true is that there are real problems. the staff does not supervise anything , the age restriction are not respected , the kitchen closes earlier than it is writing , the staff goes on the play ground with them shoes on ( and believe me, they are dirty) , the balls pool has a lot of dirt inside , kids are looking after kids , while parents are chatting , parents also keeps the shoes on when going on the play area, the food is actually heated ready meals ( i found the same lassagnia on tesco worting £1, while i was paying £ 5.45 ) and there is nothing healthy you can give to your child. on the " under 3" area there are all the age children , not only the UNDER 3 , and this is perfectly fine for the staff , no one of them is actually care about . Today was the last time i went there, and at 4:20 pm i was told that the kitchen is unfortunatelly close , considering that it should benclosed at 4:45pm . I do not know about the other customers, but I am sure that they lost me as them customer.
