Busy day today watching the electricians keep warm by throwing £50 notes on the fire. Frazer is with me at Norton this week and has some availability. Thanks again for your patience and look forward to seeing everyone again soon.

When it’s not all about fades, we have to get ready for when the Peaky Blinders cut becomes the permed mullet of this generation. Good to do some scissor work, with a raised fringe and updated feather Mod cut. Thanks to Max Badger Aldrich for refusing to smile for the camera 😂

We get asked more and more often about treatment for hair loss. One of our customers, Adam decided after years of hesitation that it was time to act and go for a hair transplant . We cut his hair, last week 6 months after the surgery. I think bravely Adam has decided to film his treatment to help break the stigma surrounding hair loss. This treatment certainly isn’t for everyone. However his film might just help someone who might be struggling with hair loss. In my exper...ience male pattern baldness affects people in different ways and it’s easy to judge others actions, without taking into account how truly difficult some men find losing their hair. This is Adams’ film and we are delighted to share it on his behalf as he wants to get the message out. We obviously didn’t carry out the surgery or have any connection whatsoever to the clinic, however just wanted to spread his happiness at the results. If anyone wants further information we are happy to pass messages on to Adam or direct message in confidence. Feel free to share or tag someone who you think might benefit from seeing the video. If possible please try not to just tag a friend to embarrass them. Knowing social media I know that’s a long shot 😂 J

The only place I will ever go to get my hair cut, I live in London now and I still only get my hair cut when I come back to Malton. Brilliant.

Thank you Caleb for a lovely hair cut today. I really enjoyed speaking with you Curtis, and you gave me a very nice hair cut. I’ve been to another barber recently, they cut my hair too short, this has made me reluctant to have my hair cut (barbers should know that when you say “I want you to chop it all off”, and scream “SHORTER SHORTER!” you’ll regret it a day later).



All in all, a great experience (albeit no coffee whilst you wait) thank you Craig, great chat (sorry about your sex life), and even better hair cut. Highly recommend Chris even if he hasn’t got any fancy certificates on the wall.

Please pass on my thanks to Rich for a brilliant haircut yesterday in your new Norton shop. I am a first time customer and will definitely be back for more. Rich took great care of me, even spotting and removing a long eyebrow hair which I later discovered had been annoying the missus for ages. Rich deserves a street naming after him!

My two boys came this morning for new hairstyles ... James was absolutely amazing & they both left very happy ... Will definitely be returning!

In all my years of getting haircuts, nowhere has ever come close to what you get from Aldrich Barbers.

Jason says it suited my Rugged good looks & didn’t need to change a thing....

Of course he was right as usual....

There was a lack of whisky though....

As always a great hair cut, it's the only barber's that I've been to were you don't try to Dodge the shit stylist.... Because there isn't one! New lad cut my hair today and he has done a great job.... I am well chuffed! Keep it up fellas!!!!!

Always welcomed into the chair at Aldrich. With pleasant staff that makes it feel like one of your trusted pals is cutting your barnet. Couldn't improve unless they gave you a nice cold beer while you wait but hey.. can't have everything! ;-)
