As was previously posted, the Supply Chain team recently hosted NCR Auditors at our Selby offices where the quality of work from our Rework Centre was audited against stringent compliance measures and global standards from NCR.
All upstream and downstream processes (e.g. Procurement; BI; Vendor Management; FIX and QMS) that supports the documented refurbishment work of parts and products, were also subjected to the audit.
We are pleased to share the SUCCESSFUL outcome of thi...s audit where the highest pass rate was achieved since inception of this audit 3 years ago!.
