Rustic & worn but right up my street so these are going to be a keeper ...just had the usual eye roll from Mr Loveday ( who doesn't want pink in the bedroom ) some folks just don't have any vision at all 😂...looks like I will be lifting these upstairs be myself tomorrow then 😂 but where there's a will there's a way 💪😂. These drawers have been painted in a beautiful pink called Light Peach blossom by Little Greene Eggshell. Enjoy your Thursday evening 💗💗

Beautiful set of Vintage drawers which would make a great statement piece for your living room or hallway, painted in a bold green eggshell which definitely adds a little bit of quirkiness to the piece, pretty ornate handles which really pop next to the green, the stunning figured Mahogany top has been finished with a dark oak wax.

Afternoon...long post alert so grab a ☕ or 🍷😋one of my favourite places to purchase my furniture is Community Furniture Store Selby - new which is a charity run business committed to sustainability & reducing waste while serving the community. They offer work experience & training opportunities to enable local people to get back on their feet. The staff up there really do go that extra mile, many of their customers have faced difficulties in their lives & this organisation he...lps them move toward a brighter future. These guys have played a major part in my furniture business for which I am extremely grateful...so as a thank you gesture every now & again I'm going to be painting a small piece which they will re sell at their own discretion. The little cupboard above will be available from Monday.

Late posting tonight folks, been at the Mother in Laws & gosh that woman can talk 😂😂 but she knows I love her 😂😂😂. Back to business. Who loves a bit of rustic ?? its definitely my vibe - love it !! Late start in the week for me due to doing what I do every year ( leaving my tax return until the last min ) I actually got it done on Monday but it's taken me 2 days to recover from it 😂...anyone else not a fan of paper work ?? Anyway that trauma is over so we shall swiftly move on 👍 So my first project this week is this sweet little cupboard painted in Little Greene eggshell & will be going to it's new home tomorrow...enjoy your evening all ❤❤

Now Sold ...Hope everyone is fine & dandy this evening, anyone fancy this handsome chap 😋 The rich bold colour is called Steel Teal by Frenchic Furniture Paint. It would make a fabulous drinks cabinet or look fab in a bathroom too. The top shelves have been decoupaged with a fern patterned paper & the details have been highlighted with gold wax.

Hi folks...this one has been a dream to do. The finish has been created by using a product called Saltwash which adds depth & texture to the piece, I used the colours Antebellum Blue & Caviar by Dixie Belle Paint Company. The burr walnut veneer top has been finished in a gel stain. This would make a great drinks cabinet, media stand or stylish storage. This piece comes with age related imperfections ie knocks, bumps & veneer repair to the top, however these do not detract fro...m this beautiful piece. Solid & heavy in construction.
