Ian’s back from his holidays, before starting a new double extension in Scorton next week, he’s took a start to knocking down the old conservatory at his own property... maybe finished before Christmas!! 🤪 here’s hoping!!!

Ian’s on holiday next week for a much needed break. So after finishing a garage conversion ahead of schedule he’s managed to landscape a sloped garden for a returning customer in Middleton Tyas. Building a 35ft long retaining wall; its almost ready to returf, coping stones on top of the wall and lay the new patio.

We have been working on this since the beginning of the year, here's the progress so far. Coming together lovely.

Ground Floor revamp in Middleton Tyas, Richmond. Removing Kitchen, knocking through several rooms and creating a fabulous space for our Customer. Steel beams have been reset into the ceiling space. We have added two sets of Bi Folding doors which open out onto the garden.

In this weather?? they must be mad!!! That’s the lads working in this horrid weather, already dismantled an old conservatory, getting the roof timbers on to convert it into a garden room our customer can use all year round. Keep up the good work!! 👍🏻
