Myself & my daughter Emilia visited today for a little pamper ..... easy to find lovely salon and such friendly staff .... we both love our new hair .... the icing on the cake was the massage chairs �skipped out like a new woman ... � see you for our next appointment �

My wife and i payed our first visit today to this salon and we were so blown away with the friendliness and the professionalism of all the staff especially Leanne as she sorted our hairs out today. We will be back. Looking forward to it. We recommend this salon to everybody.

My first visit was amazing lovely staff Michael worked his magic and I love the cut the colour.

Salon is amazing love the massage chairs as you get your hair washed so relaxing ! thanks for all the lovely comments Im getting.

Michael is an angel.had my hair cut and restyled tonight.iv had same style since 15 im now 60 all i can say is speechless.all my family and friends are amazed at the diffrence.he had the gift of knowing exactly what I wanted..Im one happy lady lovely girls.relaxing atmosphere ....perfection Thankyou xx

Ive had the same hairdresser for 30 odd years and decided enough was enough.

My first visit here today, very nervous and apprehensive.

Had never experienced anything like it before, lovely place, lovely people with clear professional advice. Consultation was superb. Leanne done wonders with my hair (and believe me it needed a miracle) had a chat with Michael, lovely guy.

Nothing was too much trouble, really pleased. See you all again in Feb x

I went to convey salon today after a disaster at another salon , I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door by Sophie she was lovely and sympathetic today she cut my hair perfectly and cheered me up , I just wanted to say thank you Sophie and I will definitely be making another appointment with her .

It's not just Sophie but all the staff there all so nice and I will be recommending this salon to everyone . Thanks guys xxx

I was really impressed by the salon inside and there was a Very welcoming atmosphere from the minute I stepped inside, Sophie did my hair colour and she seemed genuinely interested in everything I was saying and took on board all my comments in order to decide what was going to suit me best and what I was looking for. I was so happy with my colour and how natural it looks! Michael did a fantastic job of cutting my hair, all the dead weight has been taken out but there is still great texture and body there. I will definitely be back

Huge thanks to Monique and Michael. Love love love how healthy it feels. Salon is just so warm and friendly and looks fabulous! The fact that my husband has complimented it speaks for itself!!! See you soon!

First visit today - in the very capable hands of Sophie. Great salon, great staff - what more could you ask for ?!?

Fantastic salon! Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and always make time for you even when they're mega busy - been a loyal customer for years now and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

By getting over my fear of hairdressers and walking in to book an appointment, I have been overwhelmed by the support of all your staff. Very professional consultation and completely took my nerves away. Great hosts who ensured great conversation flowed and hot drinks were offered throughout my appointment (hot chocolate is to die for by the way). Advice was offered and took on board and i loved my bouncy healthy looking hair (which resembled a straw bale before I entered.) The complimentary £10 voucher for being a new customer was the icing on the cake. Never walked away from a salon feeling so confident and happy! Fully deserving of the north east salon of the year title and i will be back again in 6 weeks for another go of your excellent handywork.....(and because ill be having your hot chocolate withdrawels)

Thanks again for everything and special thanks to Leanne who worked wonders with my hair.

Absolutely amazing. The staff were soo lovely when doing our hairs on the morning of my wedding. It was calm and we were looked after so well. They did an amazing job on all our hairs I couldn't of asked for anything better. Xx
