Yummy! A great treat, especially in the summer! Quite pricey but delicious. Will go again.

The service and staff were very good from the minute I walked through the door. The waffle and smoothie I chose were served quickly and so scrumptious. Portions are exceptional, totally recommend anyone to give them a visit.

Fab service from the minute we walked in .We took six 11 an 12 yr old girls for my daughter's birthday ,placed our order but one dessert was missing but they got on to it straight away . Excellent service.

They Played the birthday song for our daughter she was a bit embarrassed but her friends loved it and so did we . We will definitely be back , the banana an toffee waffle was delicious .

Could not of had better service from the moment we walked through the door and the desserts were delicious ! Will definitely go back but maybe for a special treat :)

A massive improvement in service and cleanliness, does it exactly what it says, desserts, don't go in looking for pizza, only downside is the lack of diabetic ice cream, a suggestion coffee with whipped ice cream in, lush!

Good deserts and lovely staff best in the area waffles are to die for and a good selection of other stuff for all the family �

Decent place, changed the menu but still really good, don't eat before you go as there massive deserts, never been a peak time as I'd guess it wouldn't be as good as service isn't fast, but haven't had a bad dessert yet 👍🏻

Not overly impressed tbh, just very basically desserts, I'd much rather take them out for a proper kids meal where you get a dessert in with the price! And not impressed at all that it was over £5 for a tea and coffee, won't be returning, you know its poor when the kids aren't even impressed at all and say themselves they don't want to go back! Such a shame, really expected good things!

It was ok, don't think I'd be going back in a hurry. They have changed the menu and where as they other menu the kids could see the pictures so was easier for them to choose this menu has no pictures so that's harder for them to choose. I ordered the waffle choc fudge and the cake was like slop on the plate.

ICE CREAM PARLOUR. I had been a couple of months ago and got a massive banana split and loved it but I went on Sunday for my Birthday I was a bit disappointed they had changed the menu with no banana split. So I picked a knickerbocker glory but was told the ice cream machine was broken. They said they would top it up with ice cream from the tubs but when it came it was tiny. not worth the £6.95 � I've seen bigger children's sundaes and one of the scoops tasted a bit weird � looking at the other reviews no ice cream is a regular occurrence. You would have thought they would have a reliable machine or a spare one. It's ruining their business and reputation. I'll probably ring next time to make sure it's working

Desserts are tasty. Personally i think it's over priced. Main thing that let's the place down is the staff. Second time I've visited, second time I've been greeted by staff who look like they hate their jobs (one of them was the same member from the first visit) and second time the staff on the till have been unorganised and clueless. *bonus the baby changing was spotless*

I ordered a crepe and a waffle, my girlfriend eat her crepe before my waffle came but she ordered whipped cream but they forgot it, I found a hair in my waffle so they replaced the it, however they suggested to put the whipped cream on my waffle so she could eat it off that.

Been here lots of times, never had a problem with the food. Same can't be said for one member of staff who expected a two year old to sit still and asked us to not let her walk around whilst she was waiting for her ice cream. Her comment of 'we haven't got a play facility' was ridiculous. I can see they don't have a play facility but surely they expect children of all ages here, including 2 year olds as they have high chairs! Not the best customer service!

My daughter and her friend visited recently & after paying for their food they received their change in what can be described as shrapnel.

Within this change were several old £1 coins which hold no legal value.

Cafe have been given the opportunity via direct message to respond.

No response received despite message being read.

Just got a creams delivery which took over an hour an half an cost over £30 for 2 ice creams an chocolate sundae an a slice of cheesecake I would be ashamed to give to anyone actually felt like I needed a magnifying glass to find it sundae was stuffed into a paper coffee cup an kids couldn’t get there ice creams out of ther plastic containers not worth the money I’m disgusted
