This specialist massage is performed on the feet, applying gentle pressure to specific areas. It creates a state of deep relaxation, balance, and a feeling of well-being. It can be targeted to deal with your health concerns, and will help your body to heal itself.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage is performed whilst you are fully clothed and comfortably seated. Including a back massage, it is perfect for a lunch time boost, and will help lower your stress levels. Office call-outs available.

Hot stone Massage
