Been a tenant for nearly 6 months. Cannot fault their service at all. Have had to call a few repairs in which are mainly down to my house being old and they’ve been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Customer care is brilliant - especially Lauren who is a �. Definitely recommend to anyone who is renting.

This company likes to threaten and intimidate their tenants. Disgraceful company. I would not recommend using these cowboys !!!

Terrible service, first viewer cancelled but was not informed by eazymove after swapping day off and tidying house, when I rang, they said oh they rang this morning forgot to ring you, this was at 4pm. Got harassed to reduce reduce by more than ten thousand but tried to say if I put offers in excess then they could work their way up to price that I was happy with, no one is going to view a house Reduced to 140 and work way up, they always work down! Second viewer offered more than 20 grande under asking price, and was informed that's all they could afford, yet when I refused rang back with ten grande more then another two grande??? Handed in my notice through the letterbox as not open on a weekend???? On the tues got a call to say they had a cash buyer to view on the Friday! Not surprised at all 'the cash buyer' did not turn up and I still haven't received a call from eazymove to ask how it went or feedback! Suspicious tactics and game playing I think! I would not recommend eazymove all they want is a cheap sale, pay more and go with professionals who can actually deliver a service! Don't even deserve 1 star. Ps come and collect your sign eazymove!
