This is Charlie I’ve been working with Charlie for 6 Month now. He came to me wanting to improve his speed, strength and fitness for football. Most importantly he wanted to increase his Upper Body strength and speed in football and in that time he has taken 7 seconds away from his shuttle sprints and feeling much stronger, fitter and faster during his matches. ➡️ What is NEAT ?
NEAT is short for (Non-Exercise activity thermogenesis) and plays a big role in fat loss process outside of the gym. The chart shows calories burned during activity & by just walking more you could be burning up to 230+ more calories per hour. This also means you will have a higher activity level and will be able to diet less restrictively In a calorie deficit.
So I recommend aiming for 10,000 steps per day you can track this by buying a step pedometer or us...ing an app. so take the stairs instead of the lift or park at the back of the supermarket car park it’s simple really just make your day more active.
