First Choice Recruitment was established in 1994 and proved to be successful from the start. Within two years of opening we moved into larger offices in a prominent location in Middlesbrough. In 1999 we opened a second office in Sunderland.

During 2005 First Choice began supplying de Poel, and in 2007 became a Gold Standard supplier – and have been supplying some of the UK’s most prestigious companies.
