The huts are located on a family run, working farm with beautiful across Filey bay. Toilet and shower facilities are also available and best of all, lots of our farm yard friends will be out and about also 🐔🐶🐮🐑

Prices are £80 a night and £100 a night for the family of 4 hut, plus £7 per person if bedding and towels are required, book two nights mid week and get a third free only on off peak.

We stayed here due to a house fire. We found the site lovely and quiet and everyone helpful especially when one of our dogs went for a wander �. Steve and Ange are really lovely and couldn’t have done more for us. So much so that my boys decided if we go on holiday we have to go there. We were sad to leave. I would recommend Graffitoe to anyone well worth a visit. Thank you for everything!

We spent 3 nights here me, my partner and the pup and we absolutely loved every minute of it! Such a fabulous site, very welcoming and you can make yourself at home. Very dog friendly which is great, private dog walk on the farm site. We will most definitely be returning to this site. There is not one thing I can think of which I wouldn’t give 5*. The huts are very spacious, clean and comfortable.

We are currently here staying in but number one! Well what can I say what an amazing lovely place to have some deserved chill time! Would 100% recommend.. next payday I will be definatly reserving another stay for our anniversary!

Special thank you to Ange for setting up birthday banners and balloons to surprise my partner for her 30th birthday � this is the second time we’ve stayed at Graffitoe and it’s definitely one of our favourite places to visit. Stayed for one night in March we loved every minute, would definitely recommend and would love to come back. The hut was so lovely! Very clean and tidy as were the communal showers and toilets. We came for my boyfriends birthday, we even got a bottle of wine, chocolates and doggy treats! Thank you for a fab stay!

Stayed for 3 nights in a shepherds hut with hot tub and absolutely loved it! So laid back, friendly and welcoming, and the huts are perfect for people who aren’t quite up for full on camping like us. Would 100% recommend and we’ll be back to stay again.

My wife booked this as a surprise for my birthday and we loved it. The hut had all the basics you need and the hot tub was amazing. It was nice to enjoy the peace and unwind. Well worth it and I'd highly recommend it

Loved it.. stayed last night 2 adults 1 child hut number 3. Hut was great had Everything you needed (we took a plug in night light as my daughter is scared of the dark which was handy) very clean and homely. Hot tub was great the whole place was lovely camp site so quite and peaceful nice touch of the animals around. Toilets and showers very clean and tidy. The lady who dealt with us was very friendly my mum even got a card and box of dairy milk chocolates as a birthday gift left in the hut. (only thing I would say is could do with a bar across the top bunk as my daughter nearly fell out so wouldn’t sleep in it other than that it was perfect for us can’t wait to come back � thank you

Just stayed in hut 4 with my parter and 2 children, fantastic, can’t fault anything 😊 lovely and relaxing and we all really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub was amazing 😊 owners were friendly and helpful. Will definatly come again and stay longer 😉 xx

Just had a great weekend here with friends, stayed in shepherd huts 2 and 3. Perfect place for small children, ours ranged from 5 months to 4 years, all had a great time, lots of fun in the hot tubs, lovely and clean place and a great base for the Yorkshire coast.

Found this place on Facebook and thought we give it a go....WOW, What a lovely place. The huts are clean and comfortable, hot tub is amazing and communal toilets/showers are great.

Its so nice to hear the animals on the farm and see the chickens roaming free, however, the cockeral is confused as he "cock-a-doodle-doed" morning and night lol but was so nice to hear.

What made our stay special was the personalised card and box of chocolates for our anniversary. Thank you so much. We will be returning xx

Enjoyed our night at the farm, bit gutted I couldn't go in the hot tub because of an unexpected eye injury/infection. Nevertheless still enjoyed our stay & thankyou for the chocolates & birthday card for my Mrs. We'll defo be booking again in the near future �

Arrived yesterday afternoon greeted by the lovely Ange. Was show where everything was, and then was show our lovely little hut(3). Fab little place to stay nice and clean, great surroundings. Fab little pub near by (the piebald inn) haven't felt so relaxed in a long time. After losing my Grandad recently it was just what i needed. Thanks again, We have enjoyed it that much we are already planning our next visit.

Absolutely lovely place to come and chill out while in the countryside. Ange was brilliant so even went to the effort of getting my husband a surprise bottle of wine and some choccies lovely little added touch. Hut 2 was lovely we all slept great after spending lots of time in the hottub ( which is the added bonus ) all the facilities were really useful. We'll definitely be back when you arent fully booked ;-) cant wait !!!

Absolutely amazing stay just what we needed to re charge our batteries. We stayed in the cow shed (hut 4) family hut a decent size with everything we needed. Clean & comfy. The hot tub was amazing and helped me with my health probs. The view was lovely too the sheep & the little lamb. Altho we have no dog we still went for a eve stroll down the dog walk beautiful views! Seeing the chickens run free & a visit from the cute farm spaniel was great. Ange & hubby were brilliant & made us feel more than welcome. The little on site shop is a great idea & the ice cream is yummy. Definetly recommend to all. Will definetly be back again. Xx

AMAZING!!! Sadly we only spent one night here, I'd have loved to stay for more. Ange was so welcoming and helpful, the farm cat was also very welcoming and loved a fuss!! The hut was gorgeous, so clean and cosy. Hot tub was amazing and very private, not overlooked at all. I can't wait to return :)
