It was such a pleasure
Lovely words from George Erdis

If you want your wedding to be really personal maybe I'll be the celebrant for you, too?
"I totally love this guy! When he met us he said we were a pair of jokers and he knew we wanted our Wedding to have the seriousness of the union of two people very much in love but also to show our fun side! Steve totally got on board with what we wanted from being married at the pop up bar to having a pop song read as one of our readings. We will be forever in his debt as we've had so many people say it was the best wedding they've been to ! Thank you so much xxxx"
Magical send off today for the great Mizzaire, the amazing Bob West. Thanks to his family for going all out - and thanks to the staff at York Crematorium, people like Shane Smith, who made it work.

If you’re not religious maybe a humanist wedding would be just right for you? Please feel free to ask for more details without obligation.
If ever a person was perfect for his job it is Steve Emmett. A wonderful, warm and understanding man whose presence on the phone and in person was both reassuring and comforting. Can't recommend him enough!" Lovely feedback. thank you.
Lovely to receive this memory of one of my summer humanist weddings. Thanks, Laura and Andrew x

Dear Steve ‘We just wanted to tell you again how much we loved the ceremony you wrote and delivered for us. It really was the perfect ceremony for us – personal, sincere and beautifully delivered. We are so glad we found you and made the decision to prioritise the ceremony part of the day. It has been a real pleasure to take this journey with you from the very start and you’ve helped make us really think about who we are and what is important to us. Thank you so much for all your time, wisdom, sense and direction throughout the process.

I discovered today that a wedding I am conducting next month will have a best dog, not a best man. Nice.
