Askrigg is such a beautiful village with lots of magical things happening throughout the year. This is a wonderful tradition around this time of year. Make sure you come and visit when this is all over and safe to do so. X

Please, please adhere to the advice and for the moment in these really difficult times do not come to the Yorkshire Dales. we need to protect our community and local residents and it is not safe for them if visitors still flock to the Dales. The majority of our local businesses who have been forced to close so for the foreseeable future please follow the government advice. We look forward to happier days soon.
