We want to show people just how amazing they are by helping them do things that they never thought possible.

We do this by giving high quality coaching in a motivating, friendly through effective, fun training sessions and exceptional external support. We provide a friendly and motivating environment to build strength and fitness, and to every day move closer to achieving your goals.

Within 2 weeks of her 30 day trial Gemma realised that JRD was exactly what she needed….and so much more

“I was really stuck with losing Ibs before i joined. I’d come to a total stand still, felt fed up because I just wasn’t getting anywhere, no matter what bits of exercise I did.

One of the main things people worry about before joining is if they will fit in and if they will look silly. This is exactly what Emma Jayne Atkinson felt…
“Before I joined JRD I was worried about fitting in, not knowing how to use the equipment and making a fool of myself, also how I would cope with my back injury!

In the last 30 days Alex Glover has most enjoyed getting more support with her goals than ever.
Having a bad back has been a huge concern for Alex and she’s been worried about exercising.

We all know that exercise can be used to help with dropping Ibs and toning whilst getting fitter
