Well as you all know I did the 3DTHL plan in January with great success. I am continuing to carry on this plan because it is life changing and I love how I feel eating in this way.
My incredible friend (who shall remain anonymous), has followed the plan and stuck to it's principles and you can totally tell how that has changed her body. Have a read of what she says......
Last January, I decided to do the 30 day plan. Properly. I lost 15lb, I was over the moon and learned new... eating habits that Had never usually stuck with me because I was a yo-yo dieter, I ate inflammatory food that I was intolerant to and didn’t look after my bodies health at all.
Below is 2 “before” photos, first one is after a food filled Christmas, 2nd pic is 3 weeks after a baby, I’m slimmer after the baby than I was after that Christmas!!! How? Because I learned the basic principles of clean eating and fuelling my body with nutrition over convenience, don’t get me wrong I still love chocolate and alcohol but I’ve learned all about balance. 30 days programme is not a faddy diet, it’s helps us to become healthier, not just now but in the future too ❤️
