Just tiny tweaks on screen height to prevent neck pain or getting close to the desk to prevent that reaching strain in the shoulders. I am not going to mention the c word on here and hoping this is all over as quickly as it arrived! I have now sent out all of my injury clients their home treatment care, slightly difficult minus the massage, but hoping we can maintain a good level through stretches and exercises. Everyone will benefit from a 10 minute stretch in a morning and making time to do so can prevent stresses and strains throughout the day!
