Knaresborough Boats - Blenkhorn'S

We are now open. It's a beautiful day for boating on the river.

This week we have been preparing to open for the new season. This is an example of the rubbish we collect from the river to help our waterways and stop it heading into the sea.

Sorry we are not open for this great weather but the boats are still undergoing their maintenance and we have not been able to get ready in time. We will be open in March, hopefully it won't be snowing then.

We are now closed for the Winter. Thanks to all the staff and especially our customers for another great year. We will be reopening March or April next year depending on the weather.

The Summer holidays are over but its a beautiful morning and we are still open 7 days a week until the end of October (weather dependant) .

Great day for all at the knaresborough bed race today. We are happy to support this fun charity event.

Bed race today the biggest event in Knaresborough and the best view of the race is from a boat as the beds cross the river. We still have some available so call in if you want to pre book. Good luck to all the teams.

At last boating season has arrived. We will be open from 12pm tomorrow.

All the boats are now away for the Winter. Thanks to all the staff, our neighbours, the Waterside regulars and especially our customers for another great year. See you in March.

Due to the decent weather we are staying open until Sunday night. Great rowing conditions so make the most of the extended season.

We have started putting the boats away for Winter but in October we are still open weekdays (weather permitting) every weekend and everyday during half term so make the most of the river before we close in November.

Lovely morning in Knaresborough. It's a lot quieter on the river now the schools are back. We are still open everyday ( weather dependent) until the end of October so come and enjoy a relaxing row on the Nidd.
