Just dropped a SVR Range Rover Sport off for a full service and got First Class Service ***** as normal..... I run all 6 Landrover / Range Rovers through David and his team and I am always happy with the service.
I highly recommend this dealer; I have been using them for a number of years and would never go anywhere else. I have just collected my car after some work; they squeezed me in at short notice, completed the work quickly, arranged collection to suit me, charged me a fair price and returned it to me utterly pristine; its as shiny as the day I bought it! Thank you!

You don't buy a Landy for it's reliabilty so, putting that aside, the people at Ripon LR (haven't dealt with any new Lloyds staff yet) are fantastic.
All of the staff in service department ( David, Dan and Fi) are superb and bend over backwards to help and make your experience a good one.
Cafe is excellent, lovely grub and again, welcoming staff.
Only ever deal with Howard on Sales myself and top bloke.
I have an my father has dealt with ripon land rover for many years since it changed hands I will never go back and have never been so insulted in the price I was given for my 110 very disappointed
Very disappointed after my visit this week Changed for the worse since it has been taken over. And to top it all off my drivers door fell off at last week (5 years old defender) and the reply was 'what do you expect you bought a land rover'!! Visit was regarding corrosion warranty and was told nothing can be done even though there is 6 years cover.
Sold a car under our noses, be very careful, we are not happy and this is not sorted, in fact the car is still on this website.
On March 22nd I paid a £500 deposit to test drive a Discovery on Saturday 25th with Rob. I decided not to buy it. However, over 3 weeks later I have not had my deposit refunded, despite multiple calls to the garage. To say that I'm peeved is putting it lightly. Unless this is resolved quickly and I'm compensated I will be placing this case in the hands of my legal team.
